Pros: The software removed 100's of hours paperwork. Production staff are able to create batch record as events occur.

Releasing product for sale is as simple as print, review, and sign off. The real time documentation provides a level of traceability and makes life easy on quality assurance departments.

The customer support team are amazing. They will pick up the phone, respond to emails and have always had suggestions and solutions when we have brought up concerns.

Cons: Like all software, learning the features and the flow of the software can take some time. However once the users understand the patterns and procedures it becomes very straight forward.

Overall: I would recommend elevated signals to all cannabis cultivation and processing companies within the industry. Whether you are just starting your journey with licensing or are already operational. Meeting the team and / or booking a demo is time well spent. Elevated Signals has been game changing for us and our clients

Pros: Elevated Signals doesn't try to box you into a 'one-size-fits-all' software solution. Their program is designed around your specific operations and procedures and the needs of your company, increasing your efficiencies in both time and resources. Forms and work orders are easy to customize to your processes. Creating and managing batches is simple, and the ability to attach records to a certain batch, or multiple batches, makes batch record review quick and straightforward. The ability to quickly pull reports for monthly reporting or during Health Canada audits saves a lot of time and a lot of stress! The customer service at Elevated Signals is outstanding. They will work side by side with you through installation and training and are readily and quickly available when you have questions or issues. If you have been using an alternate software system they make the transfer of data and the transition to ES seamless.

Cons: I have many clients who use Elevated Signals and they are all impressed. No complaints!

Overall: Elevated Signals saves time, money, and stress. It ensures accuracy of inventory in real time, guides employees through properly filling in forms and documents, and ensures accurate and timely reporting. It is customized not only for the cannabis industry, but for the processes at your facility and is appropriate for GPP or GMP environments. Automate clts and cra reports (separate).
You need to merge with a system like Aroya that would be the ultimate record keeping software.

Overall: Awesome!

Pros: Great help but program is not great or easy to use.
