The application also offers registries for all types of objects created (including by the user): documents, IT applications, objectives, activities, process interfaces, tools, knowledge, etc. Once a procedure is defined, it becomes the basis for executing the process it describes. The activity coordinator allocates participants to the process and ensures the availability of other resources. The activities are carried out according to the procedure, recording the participants as well as any other contextual information. Ending an activity is equivalent to an electronic signature.
