I can create new site Job Packs inc Risk Assessments and Method Statements through Dronedesk in around 5 minutes. Within the job info will be a kml for our flight area, weather details, pilot and specific assigned craft and additional crew info, emergency contacts in the area, NOTAMS in the area plus FRZs and warning areas, plus a lot of cleverly auto populated data based on these choices above.

Repeat sites I just make a clone Job, update the date, check the airspace on the site plan, check the weather and its done in a minute!

Give Dronedesk a try, I guarantee it's better than you think and you'll wonder why you weren't using it earlier.

Overall: Brilliant service from Dorian for a product that really does save time whilst ensuring record keeping compliance alongside job packs for clients.

Pros: One of the biggest pros for me is how easy it is to check airspace, NOTAMs, and weather in real time. It takes the guesswork out of planning and helps me feel confident I’m flying safely and within the rules. The built-in checklists, risk assessments, and ability to store all my documents in the platform is a massive bonus too, especially when you need to stay compliant with the CAA.

Cons: Some users may find that forms, checklists, or report templates can't be customised to their exact workflow or branding preferences.

Overall: Dronedesk has been a game-changer for my drone operations. It combines everything I need, flight planning, airspace checks, risk assessments, and job scheduling, into one easy-to-use platform. I no longer have to switch between multiple tools, and the airspace and weather data make planning quicker and safer. Cons: There are no cons - as the Dronedesk team is ultra-responsive. Any development requests - if they make sense - are implemented in a timely fashion. So if you truly find something that you would consider "cons" - just let them know and I bet they rectify it.

Overall: Fantastic tool that has revolutionised how we manage our operations and make me feel comfortable that I do not have to worry about a sudden CAA audit. I can pull any of the data I will need with a click. If it's not there, then that's because I have not entered it - and not because Dronedesk had not given me the option.

Pros: Ease to use, saves hours especially when you have multiple jobs, easily understandable, great comms and updates, quick and polite query resolution.

Cons: None, should you ever have a query, just raise a question and its answered immediately.

Overall: Been using drone desk 4 years for our company, wouldn't use nothing else, our 4 trained UAS operators love it.

Pros: The customisation of the system, the integration into other systems, the AI assistance, the support.

Cons: Took a minute to get the hang of things, with all its features it felt easy to get lost, this was cleared up with the onboarding though.

Overall: Fantastic onboarding, great system, once I had explored and understood the system it's because a great tool for keeping ourself up to date with all our drone as a company and staying compliant with the CAA requirements.

Pros: Love Dronedesk, we have been using it since the very start and always been impressed with its ease of use, great UI and advanced planning features. It has a brilliant setup which produces professional looking flight plans and risk assessments,

Cons: No real cons to Dronedesk, the prices can be a little higher than other platforms but it represents great value for money,

Overall: Overall I would recommend Dronedesk to any friends in the business, we will continue using it having tried other platforms in the past. Dronedesk just makes life so easy!

Overall: A fantastic software that makes the pre planning phase far simpler and efficient, saving a lot of time prior to jobs or test flights. Very nicely set out and easy to navigate.

Pros: Prior to using Dronedesk we were using MSWord templates, which meant looking at multiple sources to create Preflight Plan and Risk Assessments. This now takes minutes instead of hours and means our whole preplanning phase is far more efficient. Repeat missions can be cloned and tweaked easily to update.

Cons: There is no mechanism (that we are aware of) to quickly plan training or test flights - where client details etc. are not required, it would be great to have a shortened planning tool to do so. Allowing us to synch these flights for our logs alongside our commercial operations.

Overall: Superb! The product is robust and slick, saving us hours of time and providing a quality, detailed preflight plan and RAMs. This in turn gives our customers confidence as well as ensuring we are consistently maintaining our very high levels of safety focus.

Pros: Ease of use, intuitive features and efficiency savings make this platform a must. its reduced the amount of time taken to do risk assessments by a factor of 3 and made them more comprehensive.

Cons: Nothing not to like about Dronedesk, its most certainly the best platform out there by miles.

Overall: If you have problems or need to understand anything in any great detail, Dorian is always on hand to help.

Pros: Fully comprehensive drone operations SaaS platform for commercial drone operations. Generates fully comprehensive RAMS documents, allows invoicing/media management and plenty of other features.

Cons: There's a small learning curve but it's so much easier than spreadsheets and give 1,000 times better results!

Overall: Not only does Dronedesk save huge amounts of time but it generates incredible comprehensive RAMS documents and so much more. Fanatical support and constant upgrades too.

Pros: Very easy to use, everything in one place, prompts to ensure I don't miss anything, quickly track status of jobs.

Cons: No android app, needs internet access to work. Could be more customizable

Overall: Really like it and would not like to have to return to doing the job without it, I have not found any comparable product.

Overall: Excellent product allowing easy logging and producing almost instant risk assessments. Has made my life a little easier.

Cons: As we're always photographing at different properties, I would prefer not to have the location separate. It would be easier for me to set up a job and add the location then, rather than having to do it before, then find the location (remembering what it was saved as) when setting up the job.

Overall: Often we are asked for RAMS and having the use of this programme just removes any anxiety towards having the right "paperwork." Everything you need is right here, and you can tailor the details to suit your organization's needs.
A very valuable asset to my company and highly recommended.

Would also be great if it had the function of Drone Logbook so all your information on jobs, drone details and flight records were in one place to submit to CAA

Overall: Fantastic platform to operate your business on. Keeps your workflow live and available along with updates etc

Pros: The ease of use to logically research, plan and then log a drone flight is done very well, with the reassurance that all necessary records have been properly recorded whenever there is a CAA audit (I have an audit and Dronedesk made the process much less onerous than it would have been!)

Cons: It's not cheap, but you get what you paid for and possibly if it cost less the support would not be as prompt.

Overall: Anyone running a drone business will need everything Dronedesk does, from researching and scoping a job, to notifying interested parties, publishing a flight report and acknowledging all the associated risk considerations and documenting everything. Everyone should be doing all this and Dronedesk makes it simple and effective to do it. Highly recommended, I've been using it since it was launched.

Pros: One of the main pros of Dronedesk is having everything you need to complete to operate enterprise-level drones in one place. This if furthered by being able to access information from previous jobs or customers making the process more efficient as well as a downloadable RAMs PDF.

I think being able to sync your flight logs from the RC onto the website is also a great time saver, so a valued feature.

Cons: I have struggled to find any major issues. I am fairly new to the enterprise world, but this has made understanding all the elements needed easy to manage and follow, meaning I know I am following the rules.

Overall: Overall, I think if you are working commercially or with enterprise drones, this is a must-have. It is a great way for new pilots to continue familiarizing themselves with what is needed to fly legally.

Pros: I like the Client list, location ID, the Quote and Paid Invoice part. It would be nice if more things were "default" i would like to see the Load Sheet work better

Overall: Very nice and I bet the upgrades will be nice. I look forward to seeing upgrades as they develop. Maybe make it easier to transition between categories and auto save
