DoorLoop

Pros: I love DoorLoop for my team! It is an AMAZING software that has made our lives so much easier, especially in managing our properties and tracking everything that is going on.

Cons: The software took us a while to learn, however the customer service team helped us with any questions we had, especially Jacqueline.

Overall: It really allows us to be more effective, productive and organized with our time and work. We were able to save time and concentrate on other important business objectives.

Pros: The software comes fully packed with lots of features such as tenant screening, online payment. Owners portal, property lister, and more. Installing the software does not require many protocols. I also love the price they charge because it doesn’t break my bank account.

Cons: We made many steps after initiating this program. From that time till now we have not seen any difficulties.

Overall: One of the best things that we did was to embrace Doorloop software into our system. Things have changed for the better and we love this.

Pros: • Allows me to optimize& organize my business properly without any glitch
• I was able to work remotely and collect more rent courtesy of this software
• The software also allows me to automate everything, increase efficiency and most importantly stay protected.

Cons: We are still using Quickbooks, but it was inevitable. No one can do expense categorization or employee paychecks.

Overall: Other companies did not have the same accounting features while also being easy to work with. Doorloop was simple and convenient to use while offering more than other similar software.

Pros: I'm blown away by how easy, powerful and useful the application is. Definitely 10x better than buildium. And so much better than appfolio which was our initial choice, and a product we were willing to pay for until we found Doorloop. We can see profit & loss reports per property. We can maintain double-entry accounting accuracy. Doorloop comes pre-built with many reports we can use out of the box. They did most of the hard work for us which we really appreciated.

Cons: Nothing much at the moment the software behaved very well and we love how it operates.

Overall: For the first time i have really enjoyed working to improve my productivity with a software. The process was simple and easy. You don't need to have some technical knowledge to operate it.

Pros: We quickly realized there had to be a better way to sort through our documents and that's when we discovered DoorLoop. DoorLoop has changed the way we work and communicate with our tenants. We used to spend hours searching for files online, in emails and filing cabinets. Now we can easily find any document, whereas before we were scanning everything into different Dropbox folders. I have used many other PM programs and I can honestly say that DoorLoops search feature is by far the best. My rep, Adam, showed this to me on my demo, and I was truly blown away. It's so easy to find any document, tenant, or task in seconds. My favorite feature is the ability to add notes to any task. This comes in handy when you're on the road and need to make some notes about a property while you are out showing it.

Cons: Truly nothing as of yet, I wish I had more time to explore the software!

Overall: We switched to Doorloop because it was easier to use. Doorloop is very clean and the navigation is easy. We are very happy with our new property management system.

Pros: Monday.com, what I used before, was great for task management, but DoorLoop specifically caters to property management and does so much for me.

Cons: I am happy it offers many features I don’t use yet, so I can grow into it.

Overall: Perfect for a small landlord that needs basic minimal features, but can grow and pay as I grow. The software is very helpful and one of the best on our top 5 list productivity software.

Pros: The software is pretty good overall. The customer support is outstanding and the price is good for what you get. I have used it on my personal rentals and some of my investment units as well with no issues. This is not my full-time job, so I enjoy how much of my business can be automated from rent collection, listings, lease renewals, deadlines, and such.

Cons: There is a lot that this software offers which is great if you are a larger business, unlike myself.

Overall: They are very focused on property management which I needed. I wasn’t looking for the one-size-fits-all approach.

Pros: Doorloop has completely streamlined our process. Their platform is very intuitive and easy to use, and I love the fact that it is cloud based. Since the beginning, their customer service has been excellent. I recommend them to anyone looking for a property management software that is user friendly and easily scalable. I've used Yardi, AppFolio, and Buildium in previous companies, and I have never experienced such a great service like DoorLoop.

Cons: Although it is a great security feature, I don’t like that I need to input a long and secure password when logging in.

Overall: I receive answers to my questions within minutes from American English representatives in the same time zone as my company. Even though they state that they do not offer tech support on weekends, they will still respond to my tickets if it is urgent.

Pros: With Doorloop, we are able to create a single invoice from all of our vendors/contractors. It makes life so much easier and has solved the issues we faced in Quickbooks.

Cons: Nothing, I love it so far and can only hope everyone else I show it to loves it just as much.

Overall: DoorLoop makes every small, tedious task in real estate so much easier to manage. The software is very user friendly and complete task 100%.

Pros: DoorLoop helps us keep track of all of our contacts, including tenants, owners, vendors, and subcontractors. It also allows us to schedule service calls with our tenants when we need to send out a technician. We can also add notes about the property and tenant which helps in organizing everything.

Cons: Nothing yet, the website continues to be improved since the software is new so I can only expect more good things.

Overall: It has allowed us to streamline the process of managing maintenance requests, create and send appointment reminders, and track all of our contacts. The system is extremely user friendly and our staff love it.

Pros: The friendly family behind DoorLoop. I do not know many companies, of any field, that truly consider your suggestions, concerns, or any remark for that level. I had one suggestion in the beginning of joining the software, and they scheduled a follow-up 30-minute call with me to know every detail of the improvement I envisioned. It ended up benefiting my business tremendously, and that care was something I hadn’t seen with other businesses. They even asked if there was a way they could solve that suggestion in the meantime!

Cons: I would love a “what’s coming” section that indicated what new features are being added.

Overall: If you’re looking for a company that truly cares about you and your business and not just the dollar signs behind your name, than doorloop is your company.

Pros: Time-saver. I have saved so much time using DoorLoop and no software compares for residential and commercial real estate that can do both equally well. My residential tenants are very happy with the convenience and pay me online using their credit card while my commercial tenants pay with echeck. The support team is quick to respond and resolve any questions I've had.

Cons: None so far but I'm still learning the platform more and more each day.

Overall: The team behind the software is super friendly and tech-savvy. Also, it’s free till the end of the year!

Pros: I love DoorLoop! I have been working with DoorLoop for a couple of months now and am so pleased with the service and support I have received. I needed no training after playing around with the program. I was a little nervous at first about trying a new system, but the transition was so easy! The accounting/report system is fantastic. Their customer service also made me feel like a valued customer and not just an interruption to their day.

Cons: I would love leasing templates per State, but apparently it’s a legal liability so they don’t offer it at the moment. You can however upload your own template.

Overall: No complaints - great overall team, great support, and great software. Very easy to use. I love it more because it's user friendly and easy to use.

Pros: I always thought that every property management software was not user friendly and extremely outdated. I had to go through so many steps just to make any changes. It was time consuming and frustrating. DoorLoop lets me easily manage my properties from anywhere at all and I can do almost anything with 1 click. It’s a game changer.

Cons: I could want more features, such as a chat feature to talk with my management team. Otherwise, I am impressed.

Overall: Saves me countless time just from getting to the most used tasks in 1 click. Everything is within reach allowing me to be much more productive.

Pros: Great accounting software for my properties, very easy to use, and great customer support. I love the design of this, it makes accounting a breeze.

Cons: The software is super easy to use from my tablet, and am looking forward to the iphone app soon.

Overall: Finally a software that can handle accounting for all my units. QBO was not cutting it for my operation.

Pros: The team -- they are very solid with a successful track record. I support them in everything they’re doing. I pay attention to all the updates that help me grow my business! The software is gorgeously done and easy to use.

Cons: It would be nice to have an SMS feature (I believe I can do it with Zapier but haven’t tried yet).

Overall: Overall i’ve been pleased with the level of support and service I received throughout my time with DoorLoop. They really care and will give you all the time you need to make sure you are happy before hanging up.

Pros: Thank you for your quick reopens to my questions. Its uncommon to have such a quick response and everyone is trying to help me solve my questions and learn the program.

Cons: All new programs have problems and learning curves.. some of my questions required response.. and sometime chatting is not the answer... but overall very satisfied.

Overall: There are learning curves and issues with all programs... the attitudes are demonstrating a real effort and desire to solve the questions.

Pros: I honestly don't know what we did before DoorLoop. We used to spend hours and hours working on our reports. Now we spend just a few minutes. I wish I had this program sooner!

Cons: No negatives as of yet, they have a robust accounting suite that rivals some of the larger players that have been on the market much longer.

Overall: I saved so much time and money using DoorLoop, I highly recommend it. It's a must-have for any landlord that wants to manage their properties and tenants.

Pros: This team is FANTASTIC! From the initial demo to the on-boarding and continued support, they have been FANTASTIC! I couldn't be happier that I made the change to switch from my previous provider!

Cons: The only thing that I have found that it doesn't do, they've added to the checklist to add in the near future! THEY LISTEN!

Overall: TEN STARS! If you don't like DoorLoop, the problem isn't with the software! And it doesn't hurt that they hire people with really great accents! :-D

Pros: Berj has taken so much time to carefully answer all of my questions. He is knowledgeable about the software and has gone above and beyond to help me sort out the issues I was having when setting up the lease.

Cons: Nothing! Berj is amazing! I have nothing negative to say about Berj or DoorLoop.

Overall: I have had a really positive initial experience with DoorLoop due to Berj’s guidance setting up the software. I am happy to continue using this software with Berj as my point person!
