Pros: There are several things that I like about this platform, mainly due to the high communication that it has provided for me and my company. The things that I have liked the most have been:

1- With the help of this platform, I have been able to maintain a much more versatile and broad communication within my work team and within my entire company. With the help of this platform, I have been able to create a channel where all my employees can access and communicate with each other. It is important to highlight that I have loved the way in which I can create new chat rooms within this channel. This allows me to divide the work teams. This means that the marketing team and the sales team will be able to communicate separately and thus be able to have an order within the members of each communication channel. I love the way in which I can organize all my employees in different channels.

2- Another feature that I liked is that this platform provides me with unbeatable quality in video and audio transmissions. Each communication channel has the ability for one of the members to transmit the screen of their device, or use their camera. It is important to highlight the excellent quality with which this process is carried out. The video quality is quite noticeable and surpasses any other communication platform.

3- I also liked that this platform has a real-time chat service. In this way, all members of a communication channel can communicate with each other and share all kinds of ideas, information or data. Cons: I will mention the things that I did not like about Discord:

1- The first thing I did not like is that even though this platform allows you to transfer or upload any type of file within any communication channel, there is a limit on the weight of the file that you can upload to this Chat channel, I am quite negative, as it greatly limits the quality of the images. As well as it greatly limits the maximum weight that you can use for each file or document that you want to share with your colleagues, I would love for this weight limit for each of the files to be much more extensive so that I can transfer or share files with my colleagues in a much higher way.

2- Another thing I didn't like about this platform is that even though you can create specific channels for all types of company sectors, and thus divide the teams, you can't modify the general interface of each of the communication channels previously created for your work team. It would be amazing to be able to modify the general interface of a created channel, so we can modify the interface of the Team Chat, and much more.

3- Even though the screen broadcasts that are made within each communication channel are made through a fairly good video quality, I didn't like the fact that this video quality can't be reduced, since this video quality depends a lot on having a good Internet connection at all times to enjoy a fluidity in this video broadcast. Therefore, if you plan to make a video broadcast on one of the channels you have created, you must make sure that it has a fairly good Internet connection.

Overall: This platform has played a significant and really important role for my entire company, mainly because it has helped me to have constant and much more diversified communication within my company. All the work teams have had a new communication channel within this platform, and this has helped us to be able to divide each of the work teams so that they have much more direct communication. Another feature that I really liked is that this platform provides totally stable communication at all times. In addition, I can use any mobile device or any computer to communicate with my entire work team. This platform has really provided absolute communication for my entire technology company, and this has helped us to have better interaction and better teamwork. I am very grateful for the results provided by this platform and the communication benefits that it has brought me for a long time.

Pros: The first thing I like about the Discord platform is that it is a very easy to use platform, you can easily connect with anyone, and you can join any call that is being made in any of the groups created within any of the channels. in which you are joined, you can turn on the camera during that call, you can interact through the various chats that exist within each channel. Another positive thing is that discord allows you to create a custom channel, you can add Bots within each Discord channel, you can customize the sub-channels, you can view a live stream within each Discord channel, also, I love being able to use Discord on background, this way I can use other apps while communicating with different people within Discord. I love the general interface of Discord, it helps a lot that it's comfortable and easy to use, plus there is no limit to the number of channels you can join.

Cons: The first negative aspect is that Discord has a lot of features that were only available using a Nitro version, there are a lot of features like stickers, emojis, you can't share a video with such a high weight within Discord channels, you can't share images that have such a high resolution Discord Nitro. I also don't like that Discord doesn't have any kind of free trial for it, its pricing is completely accessible to all users, but I would love a Discord Nitro free trial to exist.

Overall: Discord has managed to improve general communication within our entire company, thanks to this platform we have been able to create a Discord channel for our company, we also created sub-channels to be used by the different areas of our company separately, so that the The marketing area works separately from the sales area, each group of employees can communicate individually thanks to these channels that we have created. Cons: I have noticed when my desktop app is open that the mobile app will not send notifications, so I do sometimes miss items if I've accidentally left it open and walked away from my desk. It's obviously a minor inconvenience though.

Overall: I switched to Discord from another messaging app, and have never looked back. It works very well, especially for a free software. The paid version of it have nice perks, but I've never needed it for my uses.

Pros: Discord is fun, intuitive and quite dynamic.
An advantage to discord is running multiple servers for different purposes, like hosting a voice channel and more.
Although it doesn't work as well, it can also be used for multiple types of projects, including business.

Cons: Discord can be extremely crowded and spammy, more than any other communication tool I've used, Discord can get extremely distracting.

Overall: I wouldn't necessarily use Discord for business like projects the same way as Slack, Discord tends to appeal to people in Crypto, Gaming and Entertainment projects or use cases which I think it's good for, and I might categorize it as "Entertainment Productivity"

Pros: - Incredibly easy to install and start using.
- It's popular, so everybody has it (exactly what you want for a communication app).
- Simple Design.

Cons: Not the greatest support of integrations with other apps.

Overall: It's the best communications app today. It's free and user friendly. Some bags here and there, but aside from that it's awesome!

It offers a very generous free tier, high quality audio chat, and free video group chat. Extra features can be made available for everyone in a community server for a small monthly fee.

Pros: Discord has a great user interface, solid minor file sharing abilities and provides a great service to interact with one's staff and general user stakeholders. The program is incredibly easy to get started using and quickly enables the creation of communities for projects or products.

Cons: My biggest gripe with this program is its user support, or simply put the lack thereof. For example, as a paying subscriber to their premium options, my registered, phone and email verified account was flagged as a bot for no stated reason and upon contacting support received no clear way to rectify the issue, no explanation for why the account was flagged, no support in terms of being able to contest this or try to return my account. I received minimal communication which more or less just stated that they believed I was a bot and then refused further communications for a long period. This is just one of the many stories I have of their complete ineptitude at customer support, as someone who runs a community for a moderately sized project this is unacceptable but no other similar enough tool exists to replace it at the moment.
The pricing for premium features has also become increasingly unreasonable over the years.
There is also a significant number of security threats and scam users on the platform which the organization does seem to be trying to combat but the effects of that I have seen are mixed.

Overall: Overall, if there support and security was better, I would leave it a higher review and actively enjoy the service. Currently, if there was a decent alternative for community interactions I would be interested in switching..

Cons: For the time i've used Discord, I haven't found any issues.

Overall: Overall, Discord is an all-in-one chatting and socializing application with a ton of features and a simple and organized user interface.

Pros: Discord makes text and sound based correspondence between gatherings of individuals incredibly simple. I use disunity week by week for gatherings and to impart on different activities and social interactions. Free plan is ideally suited for a great many people. Sound quality is good. Talk functions admirably and has bunches of customization. Dark subject is good looking.

Cons: In some cases communication is laggy. Speech recognition is postponed and doesn't function admirably.

Overall: Discord is the most important app in my day to day life. I use it to communicate to plan projects, hang out with friends, build my Twitch community and interact with the world. I don't know how I would've gotten through 2020 without it.
