"Agile Made Easy" Posted 2020-06-25
Pros: Easy Sprint management
Great for tracking issues
Custom Reports & analytics feature
Supports Scaled Agile Framework
Integration with third party toolsCons: Interface needs update to make it more easily accessible.
Lacks customization features.Overall: VersionOne is a good agile management tool and makes collaboration efficient while working in an agile workflow. Although it lags behind versatile & more modern alternatives like JIRA, it still stands its ground as a decent Agile management tool.

"Excellent Data Model for Running Agile in an Agile or Traditional Waterfall Organization" Posted 2020-01-02
Pros: Intuitive Data Model and excellent help pages meant that even as a VersionOne novice I could quickly setup VersionOne as an admin.
Flexibility of Data Model, with excellent help pages to help you configure VersionOne based on best practices.
Support for Agile best practices in a world which isn't necessarily Agile (i.e. a funded by Projects)
Ability to blend Backlog Items from different Projects or Teams into a single Release.Cons: Editing of Work Items in Closed Sprints and Releases is unnecessarily clumsy. It requires you to re-open Releases and Sprints to do so.
VersionOne is truely scalable to Enterprise Level. Care must be taken that Users can only see the Applications, Projects and Releases that are relevant for them.Overall: If you work following Agile and Scrum best practices, this tool is intuitive, the best I have tried.
