    Pros: The pre-purchase process was successful, the product was well-sold, and I even bought the training course associated with it, which should normally be included.

    Cons: The software is impossible to use despite having purchased it.

    I've never been able to complete a single project with it: the interface is complex, there's no effective support, and no solutions have been offered despite my requests.

    I reported my inability to use the software from the outset, but support refused any refund and continues to demand payment for a new subscription even though the service has never been usable.

    A formal notice has been sent, and a complaint has been filed with the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control).

    I'm sharing this review to inform professionals before they purchase.

    Overall: Another customer trap... Money is the primary goal of this approach. The professional's problem is of no concern to them whatsoever.
