Cons: Be careful when using this shipping service.
I was asked to pay a $500 deposit before shipping. I was told that the deposit would be fully refunded once the shipment arrived, as long as the weight and dimensions were correct and there were no extra charges.
After the shipment was completed, they told me the deposit would be refunded after three months, which was already different from what was originally explained.
Now after waiting three months, they refunded the deposit but kept 15% as a “refund fee.” I received only $425 out of $500.
This 15% fee was never disclosed at the time of payment. Charging a fee on a refundable deposit that was promised to be returned in full is extremely misleading.Overall: I recommend future customers ask for clear written terms regarding deposits and refund fees before making any payment.
