Pros: -To start, Declarative Webhooks has an intuitive user experience. While it helps to have some experience with API's and data structure, users are able to easily create and maintain inbound and outbound integrations.
-When building in Declarative Webhooks, it is easy to debug and test your solutions using the call log and "Test" feature.
-Declarative Webhooks also has out-of-box features that allow you to use it from other places in Salesforce, like Flows.
    -Straightforward and scalable pricing.

Cons: Can't think of any. I've always found it does what I need it to do!

Overall: One should strongly consider using Declarative Webhooks when evaluating integration tools. It is more capable than other mainstream tools, but retains the ease of use and competitive pricing.

    "Easy Integrations "

    Posted 2025-09-18

Pros: I'm a Salesforce admin and used Declarative Webhooks when I'm making a request to an API when using Agentforce to connect to an external system.

I really liked the latest version where with generative ai I can create JSON payloads easily instead of trying to find it from documentation.

Cons: Needs more guides and learning materials, genai features don't work for complex payloads and situations.

Overall: Great product if you want to connect to external systems without code. They also provide good customer support.
