    "Amazing AP Software!"

    Pros: Connects all of our locations, integrated well with our system, accurate invoice information, and cut out so much manual work. I think the time it saves is my biggest pro. Our team has been able to focus on other things like our vendor master and discounts.

    Cons: I don't have any notable cons. The user interface is bit outdated, but it's still intuitive and the functionality is there. I would like to be able to customize the supplier portal.

    Overall: We have 50+ different locations that have unique invoices and approvers can be anywhere. It was easy to to set up each locations and approvers with their permissions and I am able to see it all together on my end. My team was getting overwhelmed with suppliers for all the locations calling about payment and then we had to call around and email to track it down. It's great to have it all on the system now. We also did the vendor inquiry service and now vendors that still call a lot can go into DataServ to check for themselves.

    "Got Started Really Quickly"

    Pros: We get started pretty fast and was a lot easier than we expected. We forwarded our email to a DataServ email and didn't have to deal with invoice data entry. The training was included and they helped us set up our workflows and connect to our system. They even trained the folks at our other locations for free when we decided to use it there.

    Cons: We had sticker shock at first, but once we talked to them and showed the rest of the team, we decided it was worth it.

    Overall: I like how fast we were able to get going. Their team was very knowledgeable and the product does what they say it will. We had software before that was only good at scanning in out physical invoices and was not automated. We started with their digital mail room because that cutout entering our invoices and made everything digital. We were surprised when we actually didn't have to key in any of our documents anymore. We just turn on DataServ and they are there! After a while our team was ready for more, so we did their auto vouch product too, to help out with our po invoices.
