    Pros: Wide ranging quality software. Makes creating control plans. FMEA-s and flow diagrams a snap. Also useful for the control of gages.

    Cons: Navigation can be a bit awkward. The help menu is generic, not useful.

    Overall: I need the software for PPAP and gage control and DataLyzer handles it well. This software makes quality audits less stressful.

    Pros: The exporting trend data process to excel file is easy to do and trace back for each material code.

    Cons: - Able to select one material code to export trend data. It should be the multi-select to export.
    - The exported data show only the latest remeasured result. It should show all data in sample ID.

    Overall: Make the data more visualize and easy to trace back the historical data and analyze in term of statistic.

    "Translating data to logic through Qualis"

    Pros: Qualis helps us to make (continuous) dataflows understandable and comparable and helps operators to make fact-based decisions on whether or not to adjust a process.
    It's great to see datasheets transforming into graphics and speaking for itself.
    The diversity of charts and views helps setting up explainable summaries for different level of users.

    Cons: Not much actually.
    Setup is quite technical but with support from DataLyzer Helpdesk, all issues were quickly solved.

    Overall: Qualis is a great tool to monitor and compare machines and processes. It helps to understand parameters, process stability and where / how to improve.
    Having the application web-based allows everyone to access the data everywhere.

    "Ways to go, but covers the needs"

    Pros: Includes enough to keep track of processes.
    Automatically calculates Key Process indicators.
    Supports larger datasets.

    Cons: Can be hard to navigate.
    Setup is not easy, but manageable.

    Overall: Setting up the first SPC parameters can go quickly, but accessing more advanced features requires some homework. Luckily support from DataLyzer is great and quick, even for automation requests.

    Thanks for your feedback. You are using the old Spectrum software for navigation as an administrator. We will assist in conversion to new webbased Qualis and we expect that will make navigation a lot easier.
