The General NCMR search form is used to locate NCMR's meeting user-entered selection criteria. This same search form is used by all of the icons concerning NCMR's, so we will take the time here to look at the search screen. To see this search screen, click on the General NCMR Search icon from the main QCS9000 navigator. Supplier NCMR: These are mostly likely generated during incoming inspection and concern defects in material purchased from an out side vendor. In-Process NCMR: The in-process NCMR is caused by defects found during either the manufacturing process or when the product is transferred between work centers (found by quality control type inspections). Customer Return NCMR: This is when a customer returns a shipped product because of defects or nonconformities found. Other terminologies can be RMA's (for returned material authorizations) or CRM (customer return material).

SigPlus Pro
Find the first few digits of the model number listed on the back of your Topaz electronic signature pad. Select from the list. Then, choose the full model number from the selections that appear. Download SigPlus BSB software for use with Topaz "BSB" model signature pad to your computer's desktop. Right-click on the "Download SigPlus BSB" icon displayed here, select "Save Link As", and choose the desktop as the save location to begin the download. Double-click on the SigPlus BSB icon on your desktop (similar to the one displayed here) to begin installation. Depending on your security settings, you may need to login to Windows as an "Administrator" to begin the installation, or right-click on the SigPlus icon and select "Run as administrator". When prompted, select "Yes" to place the Topaz test utility DemoOCX on your desktop. After installation, test your pad's functionality and proper set-up using DemoOCX. Once functionality is confirmed, proceed with popular downloads.
