Pros: The setup is very easy and the report fits perfectly to our needs. Adding new domains works without any complexity.

Cons: There is nothing to report about Cons, as we like the tool.

Overall: DMARC Report is perfect for us to monitor our DMARC compliance. We are actually monitoring 13 domains.

Rollout/implementation is easy as well. We use this tool about every month. Formerly we used DMARCIAN.

Cons: Honestly, there's not much to dislike about DMARC Report. It does its job exceptionally well. Perhaps one minor suggestion for improvement would be to offer more customizable reporting options. While the existing reports are comprehensive, the ability to tailor them to specific client needs or preferences would be a welcome addition.

Overall: Overall, DMARC Report is a top-notch DMARC monitoring tool that has significantly simplified our agency's workflow and empowered us to better serve our clients. Highly recommended!

Pros: It provides comprehensive insights into all messages sent from your domain, ensuring you have all the necessary information to maintain robust email security and improve deliverability.

Cons: Support on a very specific question I had regarding my hosting business was hard to get answered.

Overall: The detailed reports help identify and mitigate potential threats, making it an essential resource for any organization serious about email authentication.

Pros: We needed to help my clients by monitoring their DMARC policies. DMARC Report is easy to set up, and report. It has the option to send reports to clients.

Also like the Teams option so that our clients to view and monitor their records.

Cons: All is working and promised - nothing to complain about.

Overall: The setup was easy, the monitoring is great, and the support is truly awesome (I have asked for support on a few occasions and the questions has been addressed within minutes).

Pros: Very easy to read, easy to understand, and easy to navigate. Their customer service is also incredible with quick response times and they are focused on solving your issue/query quickly.

Cons: There's not really anything I don't like. Sometimes when logging in I get an error/glitch, but a refresh solves this issue.

Overall: Honestly, I can’t say enough great things about DMARC Report! I purchased this tool so that I could transfer my reports from someone else to monitor myself. Upon transfer, I immediately noticed an issue showing up on the reports with my DNS/DMARC records. I had someone else monitoring and was a little surprised I hadn’t been notified of an issue. I put a call out for help to people in my community (as I don’t really comprehend this DMARC/DNS stuff). I had 3 people test my records with their tools and all came back green/ok, but DMARC report did not, and so I kept pushing for more opinions. Finally someone figured out that my CNAME was broken on the back end, which meant everything looked fine and validated on the surface, but because the CNAME was actually broken, my records were not actually compliant.
Not all tools are equal, and had it not been for DMARC Report, who knows how long I would have had broken records- without knowing, since regular tools reported everything as ok. This could have potentially killed my business, as 80% of my business is through email marketing, and this error was killing my domain reputation without me even knowing. I am so thankful for this tool and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone and everyone doing email marketing!
I would like to add that their support also impressed me! I had to reach out numerous times and each time I had a response within hours (usually 1-3 hours), and if they couldn’t find a solution I was escalated to the appropriate department/team, and always had a response (and most times a solution) within 24 hours! They are kind and courteous, and helped to explain things that I did not understand. This is such a great product that is higher level than most tools that are similar out there, with incredible support response time and excellent customer service!

Pros: This was simple to setup as there were clear instructions. It also works and disseminate quickly. I used verifying tools to ensure that the DMARC was working correctly. This worked well, as the weekly reports then came in with clear attempts from people trying to impersonate my account.

Cons: Sometimes the instructions can be a bit more clearer to the non-coder or non user.

The MTA-STS for example - I found it really difficult to setup, and after the second attempt I got afraid to actually go through with it all as if done incorrectly would result in email failure.

Overall: Very happy to recommend this product. This works, its simple to use. Clear reports and clear demonstration that it protected the email.

Pros: DMARC Report has been invaluable to monitor and control the new email landscape for my clients. Highly. Recommend.

Cons: Well, I don't see any really. it is a SAAS, so from time to time there might be a timing glitch, but very rarely.

Overall: Super Service, Highly convenient, and very valuable for my clients. Highly recommend this service. Very useful and on point.
