    Pros: Very straightforward process.

    Cons: Can't think of any. So far so good.

    Overall: I love the fact that they have so many different dial modes. We mostly use broadcast and preview campaigns but sometimes SMS and click campaigns also come in handy.

    "DCDial is great!"

    Pros: My partner and I were not sure if we need to implement a dialer in our company because we are a really small office. We decided to give it a try after they offered us some free credit. Now we've been using them for almost a year and we are more than satisfied with DCDial. I've loved DCDial ever since we had our initial demo with their team.

    Cons: Can't see any cons so far! Recently, they launched a new payment processing page which made my life so much easier.

    Overall: I'm continually impressed by DCDial's functionality. My favorite thing about their system is the answering machine detection feature. It makes the dialing process so much more efficient!

    Pros: Never regretted that I choose DCDial over other service providers when I decided to automate the workflows of our sales department. We managed to increase revenue as well as reduce the number of unproductive calls.

    Cons: No issues yet and their customer service team always made sure everything went smoothly for us, especially when setting up.

    Overall: No complaints! Awesome app which has been easy to use and navigate through. So many features in which we still need to take advantage of!

    Pros: DCDial is my go-to for all the customer outreach in our company. We communicate with clients on a day-to-day basis and the DCDial's solution enabled us to reach out to more clients in less time.

    Cons: Design can be improved but the app is very powerful.

    Overall: DCDial is the best cloud collection services I've ever tried, I found all my needs in DCDial, Highly recommended!

    "Amazing customer service"

    Pros: The customer support team is super friendly and is always eager to help. When I have even minor concerns regarding anything or need some customization, DCDial team is always looking for ways to assist us.

    Cons: It took us some time to switch from the old provider and learn a new system. Although we had to go through the onboarding process and make sure our agents understand the system, the ROI was awesome, and putting that much effort was 100% worth it!

    Overall: Switching from my other provider was a hard decision as we've used them for over 4 years. But in the end, I am happy we switched to DCDial because it saves us so much time and money.

    Pros: The product is super customer-oriented for the best pricing I have seen on the market. Offers many additional customized features for your SMS campaigns.

    Cons: I am 100% satisfied with DCDial because I know that in case some issue arises, I will be immediately assisted by their highly professional team.

    Overall: When I started using DCDial, I was interested specifically in the SMS campaigns because we send appointment reminders to our clients daily. I was super excited when I learned about the additional functionality of their SMS campaigns, particularly including a payment link in the SMS. Our clients are extremely happy now because there is no need to call us every time they want to make a payment: now they can do that on their own whenever.

    Pros: Scalable, easy to use, customizable. I love how easy it is to communicate with their team and how knowledgeable they are about their product.

    Cons: I have been using them for quite a long time but there were no disadvantages for me.

    Overall: I've never heard of DCDial before actually trying it and, honestly, in the beginning, I was a bit skeptical about them. However, I am glad I gave them a chance because their app is AMAZING. Extremely user-friendly and easy to set up, has a lot of features that other big companies don't even offer + their team is ready to customize an app for you in case you have some special needs.
