Cvent Vendor Marketplace

Pros: Literally nothing. Despite our efforts, we spent $1000 on our membership and made a grand total of $0 in revenue, even while 3Xing our business on other platforms in the same timeframe.

Cons: Bad UI, no way to cancel online, no useful leads, and when we emailed to cancel they were rude about it.

Overall: 0/10. Joined when it was Reposite. Nothing changed when Cvent bought it. Waste of money, will never use again. Truly don't understand why anyone would. The messaging system doesn't even work properly.

Pros: The team was very responsive and helpful! From the beginning with Janal Kurincak to the handoff to Mackenna Starback they have been personable and professional. The RFP process was easy to follow and the responses were from quality hoteliers and vendors. Great options for my client.

Cons: So far I have not encountered any problems, we are new to the program.

Overall: One stop process with great results! I look forward to my next opportunity to submit a proposal. This is going to really help our team's productivity.

Pros: There are no pros. I have nothing positive to say about the company. I highly recommend avoiding it.

Cons: Lack of applicable vendors, terrible customer support, and a software program riddled with deficiencies by the company's own admission. The company should not be in business.

Overall: Awful. Truly awful. Reposite has consumed massive amounts of my time and generated zero returns.

Pros: No pros at all, all cons.

Cons: Reposite started sending me unrequested emails telling me I had received a quote request from a customer and should respond promptly. I do not have an account, had never heard from them, nor anyone in my network of tourism businesses. So that initial email is completely misleading. In addition, they cater to groups of 72+ and I'm a small company with a much lower capacity. So I responded I wasn't interested, and unsubscribed. I've done so 5 or 6 times by now.

Overall: This is quite unprofessional and I wouldn't want to work with them in any capacity if their customer service is so obtuse and unwilling to even communicate or read responses.

Pros: None, I only ever suffered from working with them. The idea of this company was ideal what they were promising sounded great to be told you're going to be able to have businesses reach out needing group activities was ideally what my company was looking for.

Cons: This company never delivered on promises only put me in debt and gave me nothing. Told me they would have me flooding with leads and opportunities for groups and business travelers but I never saw a single sale nor did we ever get any support they would only email me there was never a person to call and chat with Ann the minute I asked him to pause or stop my account because I wasn't saying anything but we're still being charged monthly they refused reminded me I was in a contract and only cared about my next payment they did not care about the fact that they were not delivering or offering me any kind of way to make this right they just attacked me and ever since have made me feel so stupid for ever trusting them with my small business and signing a contract promising something with no guarantee of delivery something I will never do again

Overall: Worst experience ever. I have never felt more stupid for trusting a company now they have people calling our business asking for payment and it's just gotten out of control they had never reached out once trying to clear up the issue there was never even attempt just designed to support their funding methods all they will do is put you in that if you are even two days late and don't expect any customer support or a person to turn to when things aren't going as promised just automated responses and debt collectors

Pros: Reposite team has been AMAZING to work with! They have been there every step of the way and are very knowledgable about their product and the industry. The platform is very easy to use and straightforward.

Cons: None! This platform covers everything that we have been trying to do in the past with other platforms.

Overall: Highly recommend this platform to any event planner or anyone in the industry looking for those ancillary services. It really is a great one stop shop!

Pros: Reposite has been such a great tool for me to use as a Car Service/ Limo Company owner. I like to introduce myself to as many planners that visit South Florida as I can. Everyone is very welcoming and professional - both vendors and Reposite employees. Can't say enough good things about Reposite. So glad I joined!

Cons: None! I have nothing I can think of that is bad about Reposite.

Overall: Overall I am very pleased with the software/ website and I use it daily to prospect new business for my company.

Pros: I have been a user of Reposite since the early stages. As the resources, upgrades/new aspects have been added it has become such a valuable tool. Through Reposite, I have connected with many new products/services and travel trade partners, which I may never have known about.
As a small company, who's main aspect is to create Tailored Itineraries for Individuals to Groups, Reposite quickly became a valued tool for my business.
The end outcome, is the clients & customers of Travel Professionals who use Reposite, gain valued benefits to their holidays!

The Program and the Staff are fantastic!

Cons: I cannot think of one negative aspect of Reposite.

Overall: I have found this to be a very valuable resource and tool for my travel business. As mentioned earlier, I came onboard, I believe at the very beginning and am very grateful for one of my travel trade partners referring me.
Highly recommend for both travel planners and suppliers.

Pros: Plenty of Vendors to be connected to.
Vendors are in most major and poplar destinations.
Support answers and researches quickly.

Cons: Not every vendor pays commission, so make sure to inquire on that.

Overall: I was introduced to Reposite end of 2020/beginning of 2021 and they have grown SO much since then.
From starting off with major US cities, to now having contacts worldwide. My account manager, Annalise is always quick to respond and get me connected to vendors for my client's needs and wants.
The itinerary builder to send to clients is amazing, as well.
My client base is mostly destination bachelor and bachelorettes. So Reposite is a perfect platform to utilize for those groups.
I recommend signing up if you are a supplier or a planner!!

Pros: I'm a VP of Sales for a tech start up, planning client lead gen events and team building events is a small part of my day to day and the hassle of doing it before I had Reposite made me honestly dread the task. Reposite has streamlined the entire sourcing, planning and booking process and taken what used to take me hours on end down to literally minutes.

The Marketplace is has so many unique venues, really cool restaurants and bars and fun and different team building activities. I can easily connect with unique, local suppliers, expanding my network effortlessly.

Cons: I wish I signed up sooner honestly! I would say they could work on their marketing efforts a little bit, I only found out from a sales person reaching out!

Overall: For the time and hassle it saves, it's worth every penny!
For corporate folks like me that have other jobs outside of just event planning t's like having a well-organized, 24/7 assistant that makes our lives easier. The time saved and the connections made are invaluable. Highly recommend it!

Pros: Super personalized support from the client team to make your teams ideal event come to life. For a start-up team wearing a lot of different hats, the one-stop-shop for coordination and support is a huge lift and takes so much of the guesswork out of the process. Would highly recommend for any small team looking to take on big events!

Cons: Platform constantly improving on its usability - but would love to see a map feature for existing quotes from vendors for visibility into proximity and logistics!

Overall: Overall a very helpful team with a high quality network of vendors, all on an increasingly useful platform. Looking forward to using the service for future events!

Pros: Their service is unmatched! No one cares about their clients like Reposite does and I truly wouldn't be where I'm at without their partnership. Any needs, big or small, are always tended to the same! They keep me on track and are always there no matter what request I need.

Cons: I can't think of anything! They're always super responsive to any tech issues and have them fixed ASAP.

Overall: I met Alexa in 2020 over a Zoom meeting when both she and I were starting our companies during a pandemic. Her exact words were something like “idk if we’re the right company for you, but we can try?” And we’ve been stuck with each other ever since 👯‍♀️

Cons: Every so often a venue or services needs help responding for various reasons - the good news is that the Reposite team is watching and will usually reach out before you even realize it's taking too long.

Pros: As a DMC, it’s our job to know everything about a local market but in an environment that’s always changing that can be difficult. This is where REPOSITE steps in. They have the connections, relationships, and organizational platform to keep your pulse on what’s current and help keep you organized. They are an invaluable partner and ally in a world full of choices.

Cons: The design of the website and organization of the workflow still needs to be improved but they are constantly updating and will get there!

Overall: They really are the perfect partner in connecting you to suppliers all over the world. They really care about making connections and growing your network and business.

Pros: Its database covers key travel planning contacts from a variety of sectors, including event planners, corporate meeting planners, and tour operators. We continue to receive several requests weekly, and we're able to keep track of all of our partners in one place on the platform, and store our information so it's easily accessible. The account management team at Reposite is nothing short of spectacular, and they provide ongoing communication with us about new connection and quote requests. We are very happy with this tool!

Cons: Since there are lots of leads on both the supplier and planner side, it can sometimes be difficult to secure a lead (they might ultimately choose another activity,) but making the connection is valuable overall.

Overall: Reposite has been the travel marketplace solution we have been searching for and we're overjoyed that there's finally an easy-to-use discovery tool we can use! It's the perfect matchmaker for travel suppliers and saves us time researching and connecting with leads.

Pros: Seamless platform, reasonable pricing, user friendly and the support received from the Reposite team (Janal, Hailey & company) are rapid, efficient, and speedy.

Cons: Nothing. Very happy with product and it will only get better.

Pros: I like that the account reps go above and beyond to help try to bring in leads that fit for your properties. They make sure the hotel's pages look enticing and presentable for the meeting planners. And they do a lot of follow ups to make sure we are maximizing our booking potential. Also, the platform is easy to read and very user friendly.

Cons: I think in due time, they will continue to grow their amount of buyers and planners on the platform, but so far so good.

Overall: Very good experience. Will continue to use this tool to maximize my potential group bookings business.
