    Pros: NONE ....... nothing good can be said about these fraudsters.

    Cons: Same here. Asked Exodus too swap BTC to SOL. They gave the swap to Cripto who are refusing to complete. They go on and on about needing to verify the color of poop of my dog, the height of my long deceased grandmother (sarcasm). Serious loss of $270,00. Shame on JP Richardson at Exodus.

    "Scam exchange"

    Pros: They are scammers!!! They stole my money and wont return it. Just endless emails that they are verifying. It's all a scam!!! 40k they stole.

    Cons: They make you verify and then still don't return the funds. 2 months now!!!!

    Overall: Thieves!!! They are not a real exchange and the fact that Exodus uses them is insane and they have no response to any of this.

    "SCAM!!"

    Pros: Nothing. They steal coins. I do not know what else I should write here, because there no pros in using their services.

    Cons: Around a month ago I swapped BTC to XMR in Exodus wallet. A few days later they disappeared from my wallet and I contacted Exodus support team. They told that all swap and fiat order transactions initiated through Exodus are directly served by third-party API providers and redirected my to Cripto Intercambio supports. Firstly, they asked me to complete KYC verification (w/o any clear explanation why I should do that and what is wrong with my wallet or coins) and I completed it. Then they started to requests tons of the screenshots on my different transactions, even the ones I did using other trading platforms! Alright, I sent everything they requested (around 10-15 different screenshots with the transactions) and then they just told "Please allow us some time to review all the information regarding your case.". After 10 days they do not have any updates or deadlines and do not even tell why did they "put on hold" = stole my coins.

    Overall: Please avoid this platform. They can steal your coins without any explanation. I'm pretty sure that they often scam people, you can check other sources with the reviews.
