CredentialStream

Pros: VerityStreams software, CredentialStream has made the largest part of my job the easiest part of my day! Before this software was implemented, at the urgent care that I work for, the constant repetitive information that I had to enter on a daily basis led to less productivity and burnout. Now, with just a few clicks, a good review of the application, and it is completed. This has led to a peak in productivity and now I even have time to breath in between onboardings.

Cons: There is truly nothing negative to say, the only cons I have run into with this software, is the fact that it does not save automatically and the initial start up can be slow. However, the system would be much slower if there was an automatic save function. In my opinion the productivity outweighs the lack of autosave. In terms of the start up this can be easily remedied with opening the software at the beginning of the day.

Overall: In conclusion, this comprehensive and contemporary software will make the life of any credentialing/compliance employee a breeze. I highly recommend VerityStream as a company and their employees. The training process was fantastic and in my opinion could not have been improved in any way. Our trainer even went the extra mile and met with my team multiple days in a row to make sure the software was kicked off on time and in the most efficient way possible.
