Credco is a consumer reporting agency that assembles and evaluates consumer information and provides consumer reports to third parties for the purpose of extending offers of credit, and/or other purposes as permitted by law. The Consumer Assistance Department at Credco can provide you with a copy of the information we maintain about you that may be used in determining this information. Credco is a consumer reporting agency that provides consumer reports to its clients (which consist of banks, mortgage companies and other lending institutions) for the purpose of credit risk assessment and/or other purposes as permitted by law. As a consumer reporting agency, we may disclose information about you only to companies that you have authorized to access your information or those that have a permissible purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Credco is a reseller of consumer report information and does not maintain a database from which new consumer reports are produced.
