    Pros: CorpNet offers a wide range of services to help business get set up correctly right from the start. They help set up LLCs, S-Corps, sales tax filings, registration and compliance services, whatever your business needs to get started and stay compliant. Their team of people helping with these solutions are very easy to work with and incredibly knowledgeable.

    Cons: I haven't found anything that CorpNet can't help with. They offer the option to help support you as a business owner with your clients, or they will work with your clients directly if you'd prefer to be hands-off.

    Overall: Overall, CorpNet offers solutions that most people are scared to try to navigate on their own. They make getting those necessary requirements squared away with ease and efficiency.
