    "Worst Ever"

    Pros: There are no pros. Well I should say there was a time their service was useful and I used it as my primary calling service. Then they reformatted the service. They did not send a written notice and keep the balance in our account. I have been emailed repeatedly and no response. I guess they feel they can take your fund for calling and keep it. Like i said there is not pro to this service.

    Cons: They take you money and then change their calling format. No refunds apparently.

    Overall: Worst customer service ever. The removed funds from my account and when I asked for it to be refunded they just ignore your emails.
