    Pros: I like the fact they offer e-learning, live webinars, and onsite training services for the different needs we have. When we hire new employees the e-learning is perfect. The LMS is very user-friendly. Onsite training in Spanish and English is great for warehouse and manufacturing personnel. Our remote employees are trained with webinars or e-learning.

    Cons: They only focus on workplace HR-related training services.

    Overall: Great quality courses! Very professional and knowledgeable trainers. We buy the sexual harassment multistate course, active shoot preparation, and response, DEI, workplace violence, and conflict resolution. Good customer service and support. The team is very responsive.

    Pros: I like the quick response to my calls or emails and the very friendly customer service. I also like the fact that they have no contracts, minimums, or subscription fees. Our company has used Compliance Training Group for nearly 20 years.

    Cons: We are located in FL and Employers Choice Screening is in CA. It would be good if they opened their office at 6am.

    Overall: It's always been a great experience with quality results and amazing customer service. Very professional quality trainers and compliant course content.
