    Pros: Cloud based access from anywhere, we used Excel for stock control and scheduling prior to Colour Werx the cost savings in administration alone in the first year has paid for many years to come.

    Cons: Xero API works well, however we need to have checks in place to make sure the prices carried across as intended.
    Pricing modes take some time to get your head around, once there you wouldn't go back.

    Overall: Love the fact that real time work flow can be tracked, clients via the client portal lets clients track their own order status freeing up time for our staff.
    Instant stock appraisal when processing orders through the system has meant less stock outs.
    Continuous updates with new modules that we can choose to add when our business is ready is a bonus, currently we are testing the scheduler and when it is fully functional will allow us to schedule numerous different ways.
