"Hands-on learning experience." Posted 2022-02-20
Pros: - Codecademy not only teaches about the topics, but gives a hands-on coding experience along with the documentation.
- The quiz's difficulty ascending rate is not too fast so that the user can understand the topic thoroughly.
- There is a dedicated coding pad on the interface, so the user can solve the given problem without having to switch to any other screen.
- The user interface of the platform is designed well and gives a modern vibe.
- There are several paid as well as free courses available on the platform.
- After completion of every course, they provide a completion certificate that can be linked to LinkedIn.Cons: - There isn't any cons that I have found in my close to two years usage.
Overall: Overall, Codecademy provides multiple courses to learn new programming language and frameworks or to practice interview questions in an interactive manner.

"My first and the best coding tutor" Posted 2020-08-07
Pros: - I like how Codecademy has a side by side teaching screen and a console to promote learning by doing and yet not overwhelming the student.
Cons: - I think Codecademy didn't do enough to keep up with the plethora of options out there to learn to program.
Overall: Codecademy is a great resource that teaches you to code for free in a very good environment that promotes the instant application of knowledge. Highly recommended for first-time learners.
