    "Cocoon sucks "

    Pros: Nothing. I do NOT recommend this app to anyone. If u need leave and pay for your leave go thru the state that you reside.

    Cons: The app just doesn't properly work. There's never answers to your questions. Ever time you contact cocoon for help they send you an automated message saying nothing. I work in the state of NJ and live in the state of PA so they let me know there was no financial help even working at my company for 2 years. That's a lie! I went right thru the state of NJ!! The company I work for now has to pay cocoon and the state since I couldn't collect thru cocoon but can for the state 🤔 life threatening surgery cant NOT be done is not something that's asked for!!!! Rate this NEGATIVE 10 OUT OF 10!!!! I logged back in just to see everything was deleted! So after giving me leave it is no longer in the system half way thru my leave. MAKE SURE TO TAKE SCREEN SHOTS OF EVERYTHING!!!!!!!

    Overall: Negative 10 out of 10. I do NOT recommend this app to anyone. This app doesn't even wanna pay part time wages even at 48 hours a week schedule! Go thru your state if u pay taxes!!!!!!
