    Pros: We reduced response time to 1 hour instead of 24 hours, which improved our clients’ experience significantly. When we evaluated the result of the trial period (2 weeks) we found out that the AI assistant provides accurate responses. Today, we can feel relaxed if the number of clients grows two times. We won’t need to invest in hiring new agents. Our AI assistant will handle as many queries as we need.

    Cons: Great tool for automation, capable and cost-efficient.

    Overall: The solution was integrated with our CRM system (emails and social media channels, in particular) within ours. We even didn’t need to provide much documentation for model training, just articles from our knowledge base. We improved our customer service KPIs and gained the ability to scale our customer service with no effort.

    Cons: The solution and the collaboration in general met our expectations completely.

    Overall: It took about 1,5 months to launch the AI assistant that automates up to 80% of responses in Euphoric customer service. We were surprised with the response precision that CoSupport Customer, the AI solution, provides. The payment plan is cost-efficient and transparent.

In collaboration with this team, we create AI assistants that are able to boost business operations and improve customer satisfaction. Due to the partnership with CoSupport AI, we broaden our perspectives in the market. Moreover, we use their solution, an AI copilot, for our own operations and customer service. This AI copilot (CoSupport Customer) allowed us to decrease response time by 32% during 3 first months of implementation.

    Pros: The key advantage of CoSupport AI’s product we implemented to our operational processes is the insightful data accessibility for all the team. Now, specialists from different departments (the customer support, sales, product and marketing ones) can collect data needed for grounded decision-making. Moreover, my colleagues can derive this information using Slack, their regular work tool.

    Cons: I don’t see what to write about cons. The tool is so easy to implement and use that there are no reservations in this direction. Yes, sometimes you have to think a bit about your query wording, but it isn't related to the tools’ features. It’s more related to the user's style of thinking and skillfulness in formulating queries.

    Overall: I evaluate our collaboration with CoSupport AI as extremely positive. We’ve got the value from a solution by empowering the team with an opportunity to gain analytical insights with requests provided through conversational language. As for the collaboration itself, I liked most the transparency of the relationships and the fact that the team consistently meets, if not exceeds your expectations.

What we have now is an AI-powered assistant that helps Outstaff Your Team’s teammates answer employers’ and candidates’ questions much quicker.
    The positive thing is that the new AI tool implementation was far from the resource drain we feared. Plus, its transparent payment scheme really helped us plan our budgets easily, making the whole process smoother than we ever expected.
    The ease of the AI-powered assistant integration into our custom CRM system was a highlight, requiring no extra training for our consultants, which was a huge relief.
    And despite our initial budget concerns, we found the tool to be incredibly cost-efficient, adding significant value without stretching our financial resources.

    Pros: What truly piqued my interest is their business intelligence tool available right in our Slack workspace. It’s got deep knowledge of our company and our operating procedures.
    As I travel a lot, I personally use it to brainstorm business ideas on the go right from my phone.

    Cons: Like with any IT product, there is always room for improvement, however, the current functionality goes beyond our needs. And any potential enhancements the guys from CoSupport will make in the future would simply be the icing on the cake.

    Overall: As the Co-Founder and CEO of a customer service company with 13 years of experience in the delivery of exceptional customer experience, I can confidently say that CoSupport’s AI has truly been a game-changer for us.

    Pros: At first, I wasn’t optimistic as we’ve tried multiple AI tools over the last 2 years with no meaningful results. Well, not with CoSupport – their AI somehow learned everything about our software and our customer profile without any work on our end.

    Cons: I wish it had access to the internet to analyze and track online trends on social media to notify me when something our customers might like is trending.

    Overall: It’s just amazing how something like this can exist at such a low price point. I think this is a must for any organization.
