    "Poor Support, Only Slightly Better Phone 'Service'"

    Pros: Very little. Frankly it's too bad there isn't anything nice to say. Hmmm...their logo colors are nice!

    Cons: Only leaving one star because I can't leave zero. :/ They used to be an ok company, but as soon as any service disruptions occur kiss your ability to reach them goodbye. No one answers the phone. There is no after hours support. Your 'dedicated account rep' will not open your emails and will not acknowledge your existence. Final straw was the 'sure to be seamless' with 'no interruptions' back end platform migration which is has been an unmitigated disaster.

    Overall: Phone service is spotty at best and support is largely nonexistent. Avoid them at all costs.
