Pros: You can very easily see where you have accounts that need some extra attention to prevent churn. This has been essential for us in some key cases. On the other hand, you can also see your team's areas of success and strength, making it easier to celebrate the wins and see where contracts could grow.
Cons: I don't see any particular cons with the platform, and the Clientshare team is always asking for feedback which gets acted upon - practicing what they preach!
Overall: Pulse is an amazing tool that gives me insights into account health that would otherwise have gone unnoticed. My team has really seen the benefits of being able to track how different stakeholders are feeling about our service.
