About ClassTrack

The system allows the administrator to manage a variety of courses, whether registering participants manually or accepting online registrations and payments. Track attendance, waivers, family members and more with ClassTrack! ClassTrack allows you to setup and schedule classes in the system. Classes can be divided into multiple sessions as could be represented by skill level or days the session is offered on. You can even set up a “bundle” session that allows the person to sign up for all sessions for that class at a discount! Classes can be set up for online registration or managed offline by your administrators. Each session can have a participation limit to prevent excessive signups. ClassTrack allows you to offer online sign ups for your class sessions. Not only can you specify the dates when they can sign up, but you can also setup special “early bird” discounts and/or “late fees” depending on the date and time the person signs up.
