Pros: ClassSwap makes it very easy to cancel and book classes. It allows me to view all other classes. It’s simple, flexible and quick to use.

Cons: None.

Overall: Excellent. I’m pleased with the app.

Pros: Really easy to navigate and use - have recommended to my son for his business, as it would work well.

Cons: All good, nothing to complain about, it perhaps looks a bit old fashioned.

Overall: Very easy to follow, great idea for classes, I have used this several times for class swaps which has been great.

Pros: The support from Ian at Class Swap has been amazing. He has helped me set up my account, input in all my clients, explained everything when I have questions and continue to help as I try to make all my admin more automated. I am not that technically knowledgable but it is a very logical process so between Ian and the help pages it has been easy for me to do.

Cons: None.

Overall: Brilliant! I have over 100 clients a week and they are now starting to change their own classes and new clients are booking in using my page on class swap. This will free up so many hours of admin time for me.

Pros: I love the flexibility of being able to rearrange my classes on those occasions when I can't attend my usual class. It gives me the chance to try other classes with other teachers.

Cons: Nothing so far, to date everything has run smoothly.

Overall: Well satisfied, I am very pleased with this service. Not sure what else I can add that I haven't said previously.

Pros: Ability to swap allows me to fit.

Pilates around my life very flexibly, rather than juggling my commitments around a fixed class time.

Pros: Simple app to use to swap classes. I have used several times to swap between classes without any issues.

Cons: I would like to see the whole term so that I can arrange all my classes for the term.

Overall: No problem at all to use. If I was able to see the whole term it would be great so that I can plan ahead.

Pros: I really like that there are 2 different software packages available, as a Pilates teacher working alone from village halls, the ClassSwap 'Essential' package was perfect for me, and very importantly, affordable. A generous free trial period is offered.

I had been putting off setting up a class swap system for quite some time as I was concerned that I would find it difficult and stressful to set up. ClassSwap was highly recommended to me by another teacher so I decided to take the plunge. It is without a doubt one of the best decisions I have made, it is saving me vast amounts of admin time and my clients are enjoying being able to make their own swaps at their convenience.

I didn't find the set up stressful and was able to complete it much faster than I thought. The set up support and customer service has been absolutely brilliant. This is something that is so often lacking, so it is very refreshing to receive such good customer service.

The system is very easy to use, even the clients that were worried about understanding how to use it have been able to use it with ease, and without any support from me. I have received lots of positive feedback from my clients.

The software is very customisable, I like that I am able to use my logo and colours. It ticks all of the boxes for me, I am able to control which level classes clients are able to book into, set deadlines for posting cancelled classes etc.

My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner!

Cons: I have to say that I really am unable to find anything that is a negative.

Overall: I am extremely pleased with the software and what it is able to do, how much time it is saving me, the affordable price, the ease of use and that my clients are enjoying using it.

Pros: I like the ease with which I can now swap classes. I used to have to cancel sessions if I couldn't get home from work in time for my booked session.

Cons: Nothing to dislike, The ClassSwap system is a brilliant idea.

Overall: Easy to use and means I no longer need to miss any sessions. It is an excellent system which saves wasting money.

Pros: The website is extremely easy to navigate. I like the option of being able to post my class if I can't make it and to choose an alternative.

The service was adapted very quickly to incorporate video classes during the first Lockdown 2020.
Step by step guides available for users constantly being updated and improved.

Cons: Lack of clarity in Step by Step guides at first ... they are constantly working on this and take time to help us understand!

Overall: Excellent. It is has taken time to get used to the system, but it works! It allows clients more control of their classes and allows me more time to focus on what matters, teaching clients!

Pros: Ease of access and system so clear that it makes no major demands on skill or memory. Nothing else to say - don't badger.

Cons: Just being on the computer....again!

Pros: The navigation is very intuitive in this app. I can always find what I need easily. It’s meant I can easily make up when I need to miss my regular class, I’d never bothered before the studio used ClassSwap.

Cons: For my taste I’d like the design to be a bit sleeker but great functionality is more important.

Overall: Does what it’s designed to do - makes booking and paying for classes easy! I get better value from my classes now as I rarely fail to make up a missed class.

Pros: It allows clients to swap around between classes without having to contact me, therefore saving me loads of time and stress. It also allows for pre-recorded videos or Zoom classes to be uploaded for ease of access. It is also great value for money.

Cons: I can see nothing negative about this software at present - it suits my business perfectly.

Overall: ClassSwap enables me to spend more time teaching and less time on my admin. It is easy to use and great value for money.
