Cons: Would be helpful to include a PDF download link for the report to refer back to later.

Overall: I double-checked the landlord's number before I rented. ClarityCheck delivered accurate information, and that made me feel safe.

Pros: The phone search tool on ClarityCheck was accurate and gave the information neatly at the top of the page.

Cons: Associated numbers section was slightly too long and caused more scrolling than I anticipated.
