"Great until..." Posted 2022-01-21
Pros: When we first signed up they were using a Whitelabel version of regroup mass notifications. This was not known to us until they switched to a different platform and that's when everything went south.
Cons: The new platform they were using was a barebones version of what we once had. It was basically useless. Their support was nonexistent. In fact, you called the support number and got a generic message that would hang up. You couldn't even leave a message. Emails were returned stating the email address did not exist. The sales team lied to us multiple times throughout the process. They were reluctant to let us out until we threatened legal action.
Overall: This was several months ago. From what I understand, things have not gotten any better. Their support is awful and the sales team is very unethical. Everyone should be fired. I have never dealt with a company that literally dropped the ball at every single turn. I mean if they could have screwed it up, they did. I would run as far as you possibly can.
