Pros: After s long search I settled on this for my todo list. It is quite simple to start with, but stays with you better than others as you get more complex. I now have dozens of lists and thousands of items: it serves as a bookmark manager, a reminder, an organizer, an outliner for writing, and much more. As one example of the complexity ot can manage: it is very easy to create cross-references for items that appear in multiple lists, and to move items across lists exactly where you want them. It is very quick to use with a keyboard-centric design. The designer is extremely responsive to suggestions for improvements, and fixes the (rare!) bugs almost instantly.

Cons: The keyboard-centric design means it's less good for touch devices. There is an Apple / Android app, but it's relatively limited -- good for taking quick notes but not for doing difficult organizing tasks.

Overall: For years I started using outliners / to-do lists, each me with enthusiasm which eventually turned to disappointment. This is finally one that has continued t grow with my needs. I continue to experience little shocks of pleasure at clever shortcuts and tricks built in.

Note integration to save during the planning of projects.
Intuitive User interface. Project reports are very handy.

Cons: No bad experience with the GoodDay project manager.
