"Excellent software for charities" Posted 2025-10-22
Pros: It does everything we need it to, and the customer support desk work as part of the team they are not some random call centre. Friendly people, many of them used to work at charities.
Cons: Isn't a fundraising platform. It doesn't use AI but we don't need that.
Overall: Good no-frills reasonably priced software. Pretty easy to learn and use. You can always arrange extra training or buy additional modules.
