Charitylog CRM is a cloud-based charity CRM used by over 1000 nonprofit organisations across the UK. It's been designed specifically for charities and nonprofit bodies.

It lets you keep everything in one place: cases, contacts, communications, workflows and outcomes. Receive referrals via your website, keep track of volunteers and run reports on everything from outcomes to KPIs.

It’s configurable: once we’ve helped you set it up, you’ll have admin control to make changes later.

Charitylog CRM is fully independent, UK-based, owned and run. It’s all we do – we're not part of any big corporation.

All data is stored securely in the UK, and there's a dedicated in-house support team you can contact for the price of a local call.

Our affordable pricing model is not based on user licenses but on income – so volunteers, counsellors and others who may only need to log in occasionally can still use the system.

    "Excellent software for charities"

    Pros: It does everything we need it to, and the customer support desk work as part of the team they are not some random call centre. Friendly people, many of them used to work at charities.

    Cons: Isn't a fundraising platform. It doesn't use AI but we don't need that.

    Overall: Good no-frills reasonably priced software. Pretty easy to learn and use. You can always arrange extra training or buy additional modules.
