    Pros: Initial setup was fast, Central Data Storage software is automated and reports daily. Support is friendly and fast as well. Very good price point.

    Cons: Support hours are 8-5, Monday - Friday.

    Overall: Overall, excellent experience. Quick and Easy, there are no hidden charges. My experience has not been good with IT companies who say they manage but fall back on the software for guidance. CDS is the software, so we work direct channel and solve issues much faster. No ticket, No extra charges.
