"Good integration with Zoho Invoice" Posted 2020-07-27
Pros: We like that Forte could do both Credit card transaction and ACH Transaction within Zoho Invoice. This made our AR process a little more "seamless". We had no contract so no early termination fees.
Cons: The Credit Card processing fees were higher than Square when you add in the unnecessary additional PCI compliance fees (Zoho/Zoho Invoice is PCI compliant). They charge a higher fee for American Express Cards. The turn around time for ACH deposits could be as long as 10 calendar days. The Virtual Client looked straight out of 1995 with good reporting, but poor formatting.
Overall: We were hoping for a solution that would balance out credit card transactions and ACH transactions. In the long run it did not work out well for our business. Customer Service was good answering all our questions, the numbers just didn't work out in the long run to not use our bank's ACH service and continue to use Square.
