Pros: I signed up and got a toll-free number that I added to my privacy policy. It was very easy to use with clear steps to install it and good support.
Cons: Nothing really. It's legitimate service with people that answer on chat.
Overall: I signed up, and got a toll-free number. Then I chatted with support and got an answer immediately that confirmed how to comply with CCPA.

Pros: Self-service signup, no pressured sales, and support by knowledgable people when I wanted it. The CCPATollFree.com team definitely went the extra mile in helping me get set up, including an integration with my customer ticketing system (Jira).
Cons: Some additional features would be ideal. For example, all back-end dashboard users currently have the ability to invite new users. It would be nice to limit that to admins only.
Overall: I'd say it's a no brainer if you don't already have a call center. You need to comply with the law, and this solution checks the box for a very fair price.
