    "Worst company ever"

    Pros: I would have loved to say something positive, but after my experience with them - I am left with only a negative experience.

    Cons: Worst company ever. I signed up for an annual subscription (through their pressure sales tactics), and decided shortly after I no longer want to use it. They refused to give me a refund. Fine. I emailed them multiple times, messaged them on chat support and they refuse to cancel my account. Each time they try to offer me a call to keep me in. There is no way to cancel my account in the platform. Now they keep trying to charger my card for renewal. Finally they told me to fill in a secret form to cancel my account after jumping through many hoops. After I fill in the form, they emailed me saying, sorry I can't cancel, because the contract says I need to cancel 30 days before renewal.... Meanwhile I have been trying to cancel for almost a year...

    Overall: Feels like they are keeping me hostage. If that's the tactics they use - I would avoid them like a plague.

    "Slimy company- STAY FAR AWAY!"

    Pros: Ability to automated LinkedIn outreach using Sales Navigator to create targeted campaigns to potential leads.

    Cons: Customer support, results, sales rep follow-up and lack of ethics or morals.

    Overall: I worked with Drew and purchased their "Done with you" program. After getting no results I asked to cancel and Drew met with me to help setup more campaigns. The campaigns ran and yielded 1 lead (which turned out to be a dud).

    I forgot about my subscription and received a charge for nearly $3k for another year of services. I contacted their support requesting to cancel the next business day. They notified me my rep Drew had left the company on July 5th (it's now September 11th) and I had never been notified. I was also not notified of my upcoming annual subscription billing- just an emailed receipt.

    According to support, I needed to give them a 30 day notice. Ok fine. I offered to take a prorated refund of 11 months.

    They didn't accept my cancellation and asked for copies of my cancellation conversation with Drew. I told them all my communication went to their email server and they already had my notes.

    I then did some research and confirmed I lived in a state with a 3 day right to cancel law. I sent Buzz support a link to the law and asked for a refund.

    Crickets. I'm working with my CC company on a charge back.

    Very slimy company and no ethics. Stay far away!

    "Scammers. Stay away."

    Pros: The software is actually pretty good. It was good for making connections and starting conversations, I just wasn't able to turn it into enough business to make it worth it.

    Cons: Customer service is horrible. They won't let you cancel and keep charging you. I emailed to cancel and got a confirmation email from them that they wouldn't charge me and that my account was canceled. Then they charged me again. The current excuse is that they cannot find my payment to refund me. I sent them the receipt that they sent and since then they haven't responded. Bad company.

    Overall: The software was fine and the customer service was fine when I was a customer. But once I tried to cancel, it has been a different story. It's been two weeks and they haven't refunded me and I haven't heard back from them in days.

    Pros: N/A.

    Cons: I am appalled with what Buzz.ai did to our company. They purposefully made numerous errors, giving other users access to all our confidential client data and client information, and not only contacted and pitched to our clients as they have access to your client admin.

    Overall: DO NOT WORK WITH THEM

    "Despicable Company"

    Pros: Their automation tool can be helpful for some outreach processes. You can import lists from Sales Navigator and work from them. The downside of this is that you can get much better quality and still attain the same volume of 100 per week (LinkedIn's limit).

    Cons: Their sales team has no morals and didn't want to abide to what we agreed. We were not sure their automation would be good for our business, so we wanted a 1-month trial, but they only offered a 3-months one. So we agreed to test for 3 months. At the end of the period, they just billed us a renewal without a warning. We asked them to cancel on the very same day we received the charge, to which they replied "It's in our terms that you need 31 days notice to cancel". Even though we had agreed on a 3-months trial with no automatic extension, they seem to rely on the fine print of a contract to make money...
    Buzz did not help us in the end. The same result (probably even better) could have been achieved manually. We don't like their solution for our company and don't want to use it. Yet, they're still trying to force us to stick with it.
    Be careful with these guys... they're not thinking about you as a successful customer, but just another dollar in their account.

    Overall: Horrible. A nightmare! Stay away from them! They will rip you off... Buzz.ai does not deliver any value!

    "STAY AWAY FROM BUZZ"

    Pros: This is a very enticing platform to automate LinkedIn and email outreaches. If it worked, it would be a terrific system.

    Cons: We used their premium service and we had to wait for a weekly call for assistance. The account manager sincerely tried to help but was learning on the job. The real problem is that they are sloppy and they don't take responsibility for their mistakes.

    Overall: Prior to signing up with Buzz, I was warned by a current customer that they were all about selling their automated Linkedin and email outreach system and underdelivering on their service. Unfortunately, we tried them out and we had multiple problems with them sending hundreds of the wrong emails to prominent customers on an automated campaign. They didn't take responsibility for substantially hurting our reputation and our business. STAY AWAY.
