    Pros: Really quick to respond - even on a Sunday.
    Even follow up responses was quick
    Seems that the support personnel really know the product

    Cons: Don't know yet. When we have used the product for more than 2 months, we will list our findings.

    Overall: Well, let's just say that we tested a competitor's API, webhooks, etc and had similar deployment issues - which was actually a "small thing" - but it took them 2 days just to respond. I subsequently cancelled our subscription, got a refund (after begging, and shouting).

    The same problem occurred with BulkSMS integration but it was resolved in less than an hour!!! - Service delivery matters and BulkSMS, especially Kaamil, was a superstar!

    Pros: Signed up as BulkSMS was supported by another product I was using. Set up straightforward, and I was soon sending my first test SMS

    Cons: I didn't find it clear what the 'Sender ID' options were, but my lack of understanding was resolved quickly once I contacted Support.

    Overall: Generally it does what it says on the tin, though for our use case another product is using BulkSMS to sent SMS messages.

    Pros: Outstanding response time received from Arwaan. You were very friendly and i appreciate you assisting me to the best of your ability!

    Cons: Not aimed at Arwaan as his service was excellent, however I am a little disappointed that an invoice cannot be repopulated after having company details corrected for accounting purposes. Please do look into that.

    Pros: I was impressed by the fact that when I called there's no long waiting period before someone answers. The lady introduced herself with professionalism and informed that that would be directed to the correct department. I was then referred to the person in that department; his name was provided, I was transferred, he answered and assisted me quite promptly and professionally.

    Cons: I don't have any cons at present because the platform is easy to use. You know how many credits you're using etc etc.

    Overall: I'm happy to know that queries are attended to promptly. There's no long waiting periods and if they say you're being transferred to person X then that person attends to your query. Unlike other service providers where you are being transferred to one person, then another, then another and your problem is not resolved

    Pros: Customer service resolved my query in less than 1 hour! SMS sent is SUPER fast and really much cheaper than Twill

    Cons: The dashboard is a bit outdated. Reasons why messages don't send are a bit of a hassle. Best to just ask ChatGPT what the errors are and API implementation.

    Pros: Customer Oriented, Quick minded and extremely helpful in resolving a technical issue. My issued ultimately failed to be resolved but this was not due to any lack of knowledge nor on any part because of BulkSMS. My conditions to work with the service we're out of the scope of what BulkSMS could provide, issue is on me, not BulkSMS.

    Cons: Nothing, besides the fact that the SMS forwarder was not able to perform as per my requirements. Which is a contractual argument, nothing to do with BulkSMS directly.

    Overall: My results and final decision are only due to the nature of my customers' requirements and in no way do (my failed results) reflect in any way or shape the service nor its quality. The support team is properly a good one too I may add. Great support, excellent attitude and very customer conscience.
    I know this sounds too good as a review, but i really enjoyed working an debugging my issue with these people.
