Ticket buyers pay just $0.99 + 5%, including delivery and credit card processing. Post your event for free and experience the power of Brown Paper Tickets. There's no cost for you to sell tickets or collect payments for your events, and attendees pay a service fee of only $0.99 + 5% of the ticket's face value, regardless of whether they order online, by phone through our live in-house call center, or through our walk-up locations. Attendees can choose to receive will-call tickets, print-at-home tickets, mobile tickets, or physical tickets for no additional cost. For free events, there's no cost for you or your attendees. Zero. Nada. Free events are always free!

    Pros: We enjoyed using Brown Paper Tickets because of the ease of use and their customer service. We used it for an event running for multiple days and there was no problem.

    Cons: I just wish that they could lower their ticket charges for our customers

    Overall: We have used several ticketing services in the past, but Brown Paper Tickets is the best so far. Good to use for any type of event and its free!

    Pros: Comprehensive ticketing services.

    Cons: They charge on top of our ticket price but that’s standard practice for all ticketing companies.

    Overall: We’ve been promoting and selling our tickets through Brown Paper Tickets for most of our events. We had to cancel one of our events last year because of the pandemic but we were able to easily refund our customers with their help.

    "They made our life simple"

    Pros: Easy to use even for those with little tech background. Customer support is responsive.

    Cons: There were a few times when we couldn’t figure how a particular ticketing option worked but after a quick call to their support staff they showed us how to do it.

    Overall: We recently used Brown Paper Tickets for our online ticketing service. We especially like the variety of features they offer. They made it easy for us to setup the service and we didn’t hear any complaints from our guests.

    Pros: No comment. There is no pros to them. They did sell tickets for my show but then kept the money. They still owe me money form my ticket sales form MARCH 2020.

    Cons: They absolutely did not provide the service they claim to do. They kept the money from my ticket sales.

    Overall: I used Brown Paper Tickets services for my one act play festival, Women At Play(s), which promotes women in the arts as well as diversity in MARCH 2020. They still have not given me all the ticket money that my audience members paid to see my show. I made numerous phone calls and sent emails with only an automated reply. I filed a complaint with the state of Washington which mandated them to pay. And I am still waiting for my money. Please be warned.
