"Misleading Claims and Ongoing Harassment" Posted 2026-02-09
Pros: They contact you quickly and are very nice at the beginning, just to create your trust. I haven’t give my phone number and real name at the beginning to them. My fault.
Cons: Although I came across Bright Campus Robotics for children on Instagram about a year ago, I decided to book a trial session to see how competent they really were. Since I have some background in web development myself, it quickly became clear to me that—despite their claims—they have little to no real expertise in educating children. Because of this, I asked them at the time to completely remove my name and contact information from all of their databases, as I had no interest in their courses.
Now, more than a year has passed, and there hasn’t been a single week without receiving calls from this institute. They keep harassing me nonstop. Recently, I also realized that the people calling me are not even humans but AI or automated systems. In the beginning, at least a real person used to call, but now no matter what I say, no one listens. The system just keeps repeating pre-scripted lines.
This has genuinely turned into a serious ongoing problem in my life. To make matters worse, they call every time from a different number and name, which makes it impossible to trace or block them.Overall: Unprofessional Practices and Ignored Privacy Requests

"Poor Management and Discontinued Operations Support" Posted 2025-12-22
Pros: Pros: None. The classes were discontinued midway, and the overall experience did not meet expectations.
Cons: Disappointing Experience: I've enrolled three children in multiple classes. However, management discontinued the classes after only half of them were completed and then requested additional payment. After submitting five support tickets, the student dashboard was eventually updated to remove the remaining classes. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience.
Overall: Overall, the experience was frustrating and poorly managed.Classes were cancelled after partial completion, additional payment was requested unexpectedly, and multiple support tickets were required to resolve the issue.

"Stay away from this company" Edited 2025-11-27
Pros: Nothing to say.
Don't waste your time.
Total scam!!!
They offer a free demo class which wasn't worth as well.Cons: Saw the ad in the facebook, so we wanted to try a free demo class. Just for 15 minutes the teacher was showing some presentation, then another person joined. He started talking about package and the class schedule. After the demo session, I felt the company wasn't trustworthy. I texted them we are not interested.
But I am still getting calls from different numbers and random messages.
Please stay away from this company.Overall: After telling the director that we weren't interested in the company, they kept sending phone calls to us. We told them that we weren't interested again. Even after blocking their phone number, they still called on another phone number. After, all of their phone numbers were blocked, they kept spamming messages in Whatsapp.

"Stay away. Please." Posted 2025-11-08
Pros: • Initial course content looked promising, especially the robotics curriculum and self-paced modules.
• Friendly communication at the start, particularly from the admission officer, who explained the course structure.
• Course kit was delivered quickly (although never used due to issues that followed).
• A few support agents were polite, even though they could not resolve the problem.Cons: • Sales misrepresentation: I was verbally assured that a specific instructor, whom my son liked during the trial, was available for regular classes. After payment, BrightChamps assigned a different instructor with lower ratings and zero availability during agreed times.
• Inconsistent information: The terms & refund policy provided by the admission officer did not match the actual company policy later used against my claim.
• Failed commitment: Despite repeated promises, BrightChamps was unable to schedule classes with the agreed teacher or any suitable replacement.
• Refund repeatedly promised but never issued by their support team (Sayani, Saniya, Aarti) over several weeks.
• Contradictory statements: They claimed I paid £669 when I provided proof of paying £756.69 through PayPal Credit.
• Attempted partial refund even though no classes were taken and their own policy guaranteed a full 30-day refund.
• Significant delays: Nearly 5 months of chasing them with no resolution.
• PayPal dispute rejected initially because BrightChamps provided misleading or incomplete information.
• BrightChamps continued contacting me afterwards, trying to onboard my child again, despite the ongoing refund dispute.
• Lack of accountability: The sales misrepresentation was acknowledged internally (they said the sales agent was penalized), but they still refused to honor the promised refund.Overall: My experience with BrightChamps was extremely disappointing. What began as a promising robotics program turned into months of stress, miscommunication, and broken promises. I paid £756.69 for 60 robotics classes, but no classes were ever delivered, and the company was unable to provide the instructor they originally promised after the trial session.

The refund process was mishandled from start to finish. Despite repeated confirmations that the refund was “in process,” nothing was ever issued. Support agents kept contradicting each other, and at one point tried to deduct the cost of the kit — even though the sales officer clearly stated the kit was included and fully refundable within 30 days.
It took over 4 months, involvement from PayPal Credit, escalation to the Global Customer Complaints & Advocacy Team, and finally submitting a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, before PayPal intervened and refunded the full amount.
BrightChamps’ internal miscommunication, misrepresentation by their sales officer, and failure to honor their own policy made this an extremely negative experience overall. I hope my review helps protect other parents from going through the same process. -

"service is horrible" Posted 2025-11-05
Pros: The tutoring price is slightly lower than that of US tutoring agencies, but it is not worth the hassle.
Cons: The service was terrible. First, their policies are unfair—students lose credits for missed or late cancellations, but teachers face no consequences for canceling, even an hour before class. Second, their counselors are always unhelpful, slow to respond, and only reach out when they want you to renew classes. Third, I purchased their applied math classes, then they canceled them due to "company policy" without refunding my money. I asked to transfer these class credits to my other classes, but the counselors could never work it out. In the end, I had to call my credit card company to dispute this transaction.
Overall: My advice is to avoid this Indian company. While they may be slightly cheaper than US tutoring agencies, the hassle is not worth it.

"Disappointed" Posted 2025-07-29
Pros: The idea. Seemed like it could be a great platform. The ads sold us to try to free trial-which was also a nice catch.
Cons: Incredibly boring, basically just asking my son to answer questions in a screen the whole time. It was also difficult to understand the man’s accent. Was hoping it would be more interesting and fun.
Overall: Disappointed. Would not recommend. I could find a free program online for him that would be better and more fun.

Pros: There are no pros. Absolutely none.
They are scammers, who won't stop harassing people.
AVOID at all costs.Cons: I registered interest years ago. They ring me from spoofed numbers harassing me at all times of day.
They have repeatedly told me they will remove me from their list and then continue ringing.
The "unsubscribe" button on their email comes back with an error and I had to block them.
Do not let these scammers have any details.

"BrightChams is a Scam " Edited 2025-07-22
Pros: They were very pro-active about your child signing up for the classes. I wanted my son to sign up for money management. They did one trial session, things went smooth, got the link on time. Then I was transferred to a sales person who was very aggressive and gave me their course curriculum, was pushing me to sign up for more classes. I only signed up for their minimum classes 10 for 200. I wanted my son to sign up with his friend to encourage. This sales person Mir Ikram Ahmed take me to agreed for $200 for 2 kids for 10 classes. It has been 4 months since I paid $200 but no classes have been started. I have been asking for my refund but they are keep on giving me run around. The invoice they had sent, when I downloaded, it said scam invoice.
Cons: It’s a SCAM. Protect your money ! I do not have much to say because I paid $200 for 10 classes for money management for 5th grader but never received that service since I paid 4 months ago. They are keep on dragging and giving me different excuses and keep on saying that they are working on resolving it !!
Overall: I don’t have anything to describe as no services provided which I paid for. There is nothing that they teach or any service they provide. Run!! NASASave your money !!

"Bunch of Crooks " Posted 2025-05-30
Pros: Nothing they absolutely suck they lie they are scammers they take advantage of children and people so sad
Cons: I signed up for a kids’ coding program through BrightChamps, which promoted a money-back guarantee if the child did not enjoy the course. My 6-year-old, who loves coding, only attended one class — yet I am still fighting to recover the $540 that was charged to my account.
I have a recorded conversation with a manager who clearly confirmed that I would receive a full refund. Despite this, I have yet to receive the money. I’ve been repeatedly told that the issue is “under investigation,” but there has been no meaningful follow-up or resolution.
To make matters worse, in just two weeks, we experienced four different instructors, several last-minute cancellations, and absolutely no communication or organization from the company. The experience was chaotic and deeply disappointing for both me and my child.
After speaking with other parents in my community, I’ve learned this is not an isolated case — many others have faced similar issues with unkept refund promises and poor service.
My son only took one class, and I was clearly told that I would be refunded for any unused classes. That refund should amount to over $500, and I am entitled to it.
This situation feels like a deliberate runaround and refusal to honor your own refund policy. It appears deceptive and unethical, and I believe this company warrants investigation for its business practices.Overall: Horrible experience. They don’t care about helping children all they wanna do is take your money. It’s very sad.

"Fraud and Thugs" Posted 2025-04-12
Pros: No pros.
Cons: I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent experience I had with BrightChamps,
When I initially enrolled my daughter in the module, I made it explicitly clear to Komal that the offered module did not align with our academic requirements. Komal assured me that the module could be tailored accordingly. Specifically, we agreed that after completing the Scratch classes, the next step would be to cover algorithms and certain theoretical concepts relevant to my daughter’s school syllabus. After that, we would transition back to the Python module.
Additionally, I inquired about the refund policy, especially in the event we were not satisfied with the teaching quality. Komal confirmed over call and chat (for which I have saved proof) that any unattended classes would be fully refundable if we chose to terminate the program.
We also expected that the same teacher who conducted the demo would continue the sessions, which only happened after follow-ups from our end. While things progressed smoothly at first, the issue arose when we asked to shift the module (post-Scratch) to align with our agreed-upon plan. The teacher informed us she was not permitted to deviate from the official schedule, as per instructions from her team lead.
This directly contradicted the agreement made with Komal. As a result, we felt compelled to pause the classes since they were no longer serving the intended purpose. Despite multiple requests, Komal was unable to provide a resolution, and our subsequent refund request was declined. We were told that a policy change now prevents refunds, and we were retroactively subjected to this new policy—despite enrolling under different terms.
This kind of approach may be common in certain organizations, but I must say it is deeply disappointing and not in line with consumer practices here in the UK. I refrained from escalating further during the last conversation, but this entire experience has left me extremely dissatisfied.
This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with any online educational platform. Going forward, I would hesitate to engage with platforms managed under such policies.Overall: Worst.

"They Lied" Posted 2024-12-10
Pros: Nothing. They lied in their presentation. The curriculum is not engaging at all, could do better just watching Youtube videos.
Cons: We signed up for their financial literacy program and were told that if we were unsatisfied with their program we would be refunded any unused hours. But they failed to mention that this only applied to the first 30 days of using their courses. They didn't mention any terms or conditions outside of what they told us. IN fact, the person who sold us the course broke down the price of each class as a percentage of the total course fee, and then said we could get any portion refunded that we didn't use, the logical assumption is a student couldn't do a 2 year course in 30 days. It was blatantly misleading and they ought to be held liable for fraud. The curriculum isn't worth the money.
Overall: Do not give them your WhatsApp info, they will try to change your mind, and then when they can't will then tell you about how their refund policy only applies for the first 30 days from when you start class. Absolutely ridiculous.

"FRAUD" Posted 2024-08-19
Pros: I don't like anything about them they are lairs, that will took your money and never deliver, they are very dishonest with their product. Do not register or do business with them.
Cons: They promise refund, if you decide you do not want to continue with the class but do not refund the money back. Have been going back and fort with them and promising to get back to me but all lies. The promise was on a recorded zoom meeting to give you a refund back, but never did. Their contact person is always deceiving you that he will get to them and get back to you.
Overall: Worst and feel cheated. I regret knowing or having to do business with them. My money is been taken without get what i paid for, if there is previous notice of no refund is understandable, why deceive people there will be refund

"I am a single parent who enrolled my 8 year old in BrightChamps " Posted 2024-06-21
Pros: I liked the idea of the coding school for kids. The school was quick to take my money and played games when I requested a refund.
Cons: They refused to refund my money for services I did not receive. It's very difficult to reach people at BrightChamps by phone or email. They sent a receipt that they refunded my money but my accounts I provided did not reflect the refund payment. Please don't fall prey to these dishonest people. This was my first experience with international business and because of their dishonest nature it will probably be my last.
Overall: Bad business. They never returned my money for services I paid for in advance. Worst international business dishonest practice.

"BRIGHTCHAMPS IS FRAUD AND SCAM! DO NOT SIGN UP! " Posted 2024-01-08
Pros: N/A.
Cons: Please do not enroll this course as it’s fraud and scam. They tell you that once you pay in full they can refund your money whenever you feel you want to stop the course.
Overall: The fact is once my son decided not to continue because the teacher is not capable and boring, they’re dragging the time as long as possible not to return your money. They just say it’s in process over and over again. It’s already 5 months and I haven’t received my money back. So, please parents, do not be trapped in this fraud course!

"Relentless WhatsApp messages and calls" Posted 2023-09-21
Pros: My wife signed up our son for a coding class a year ago, which consisted of the teacher walking our son through the fundamentals of how to play Minecraft. He already knows how to play Minecraft, got bored, and wanted to end the lesson, so that was that.
Cons: I wouldn't be leaving this review if that's all it was, but the worst part about this company is the relentless WhatsApp messages and calls. I still, a *YEAR* after the class, get calls 2x/week from BrightCHAMPS asking if I want to sign our son up for another lesson, and every time I tell them no and to remove me from their call list. Yet the calls keep on coming. Even if I block their number, BrightCHAMPS will call from another number. I also get non-stop emails from them, and funnily enough their "Unsubscribe" option is not a button, but plain text--there is no unsubscribe option.
Overall: Do yourself a favor and do not give them your contact details. They will abuse the hell out of it.
