    "Total crap"

    Posted 2024-01-14

Pros: The company I work for started using them to pay vendors. I submit invoices to my company and the send payments to Paymode-X and they supposed to get me paid. However I am still waiting for them to pay me after over two months. Finally they said of we figured out the problem yet have yet to fix the issue in mean time I'm maxed out all cards and 2 months behind on all of them. My mortgage is 2 months behind and now being threatening with eviction my truck is now garnered a repossession on it and Bottomline still wants pay me the money that they already received to pay me over the past 2 months.

Cons: They screw the workers and mess up your credit when you can't get paid.

Overall: Horrible. Wish the company had stuck with Avid exchange. Apparently the main company Bottomline has 2 different company departments that are supposedly doing their payouts and neither seem to have a clue what the other department does or are able to find out anything from the other department. And when you call in you get a complete run around and told you have to deal with your company you work through to get paid even though the company you work for sends your payments to Bottomline. If you are a company and thinking of using them for payments to your employees. Either let employees go or chose a different payment company.
