Bookipi

Pros: Bookipi took my invoices to a whole different level, my invoices look very professional. I work mainly on the road doing marketing and sales so it has been very convenient to have the abilty to do my invoices anywhere at any time. Bookipi is always making improvements so it only gets better and better.

Cons: When it comes to anything that I don't like bookipi has an option where you can let them know and then they work on fixing it. But what I have seen over the years is that they are always working to make things better for users so if you had a problem today there is a possibility tomorrow they have an upgrade to fix it lol.

Overall: Overall it has been a great experience and I would highly recommend it to any business looking for a software to use.

Pros: It's a good app with no complications and easy to use. I'm enjoying using it. Put more features in it.

Cons: There is no complain to this app.just need a feature on how to put a logo

Pros: Simple, straight forward, clean design, optimized, charts and easy to use database, printable invoices, engaged development.

Cons: Slight stutter in the new update, YouTube how to videos not so helpful, bug when changing the invoice number, setting dates to review invoices bit problematic, needs work on the expenses category.

Overall: It's really great app simple straight forward the YouTube channel could use improvement on the how to videos and it used to happen but recently hasn't when you added and item or a customer while creating an invoice it wouldn't save now it does so the developer is active.

Pros: Bookipi is the best invoicing app for small businesses because it is very affordable and their support team is very helpful.

Cons: So far l don't have any difficulties or any bad thing l have encountered whilst using Bookipi. Although I would recommend they add more invoice templates than using 1 template for everything.

Overall: I would recommend any business to try Bookipi. You will never regret it. It is the best. I have been using it for more than 2years and l won't regret it.

Pros: Bookipi is very easy to use and very practical. Not all free application are so good and very efficient.

Cons: Difficulties for settings if depending on the client.

Pros: Easy to create invoices because all details are already saved. Invoice format too good & detailed. Creates PDF in less than minutes. Thanks Bookipi.

Cons: Not possible to save invoice offline. If you are not connected to internet data will not saved.

Overall: I am using Bookipi more than 2.5 years. It's made all my sales details easy saved. All client details saved. Looks professional when you send invoice to client. Give 10 on 10.

Pros: I’m getting the analytics, integration & freedom I want out of this service. Efficiency is the name of the game.

Cons: Macro level: I can’t think of everything, micro: share invoice via audio somehow .

Pros: I love the fact that I'm able to customize, edit my invoices for each client needs. It was easy to navigate and learn quickly. I'm grateful that I'm able to pair it with my merchant for credit card sales. The instant receipt that is emailed after payments are made are a plus as well.

Cons: My only complaint is the feature to add photos to the invoice wasn't as easy to complete. There really isn't a message saying the image has been added. I'm not aware that it has been added until I back out of the page.

Overall: Bookipi has been an asset to my business! I've referred the app to quite a few of my friends and associates. I pray that it remains as efficient and helpful as it currently is!

Cons: The receipts should accommodate more than emails when moving from invoices to receipts.
Not all clients have an active email especially in this part of the world.

It is user friendly and the interface is easy to navigate even for people who aren't computer savvy.

Pros: Bookipi is the best app ever for creating quality content either be it invoices or quotations.
It gives a good impression to the client.

Cons: The only thing that needs to be addressed is when you create an invoice or quote if network signal is weak it will not save what you had done already even if you clicked save button, the next time you open it you will have to start creating again but otherwise keep it up guys.
