    Pros: BizzDesign members are involved with Archimate definition. So Archimate visual modelling support is ok.

    Cons: UI is old fashioned and usability is bad. There are a lot of flaws in the tool regarding usability and functionalty. It is tedious to even create simple reports. In most cases you need to create a script with the BizzDesign specific scripting language, which does not have a community or technical state of the arte dev tools like intelissense or even debugging. Reports like matrix views are publishes as image, so now filtering for end useres in their publication tool Horizzon. So nearly not usable.
    Support of other model languages than Archimate is even less supported. In ERD you not even have a layout functionality.
    Any state of the art integrations like cloud stencils are missing.
    Import/export with Excel is tedious and SQL import not fully implemented.

    Overall: Very poor functionality and usability. Support for simple questions is ok. For some more elaborated things, also tool errors, you may not get even an info for months / more than a year.
