    Pros: Nothing really. I guess some people still think the BBB brand still carries some authority and clout, but it really doesn't.

    Cons: Their interface looks like it was built in 1995 and never updated. Their business tools if you are a business that logs in are horrendous. It's one of the worst web apps I have ever used. Customer service is also horrendous.

    Overall: Overall I would not recommend anyone pay any attention to the BBB. The interface is terrible and the tools and recourse for businesses to respond to complaints is very bad.
