    "Poor Customer Servcie"

    Pros: Recipe Costing.
    3D cake illustrator.
    Cake Sketcher.
    Labor Costing.
    Calendars.
    Organization.
    Forums to help answer questions.

    Cons: Many bugs within the website.
    Cake designs weren't up to date.
    Hard to customize cake designs especially ones with texture or gold leaf.
    Difficult to get the decorations on the cake once there is texture or some type of filter on the cake.

    Overall: I've had this software for three years. For the first two years I worked with this numerous times and had success. This past month I noticed there was an issue with the 3D images and cake sketches not downloading onto my computer. I informed my tech support and we did everything we could on our end to get the downloads to have images. When we discovered we couldn't do anything moving forward I reached out to the company itself. They have not responded to my numerous messages and its been three weeks. They did correspond with my tech support for a brief moment so I know that they are able to get messages and they are responding. It feels unprofessional and a bit like a scam that they are unwilling to help although they will willingly take money and completely disregard troubles their customers are having. I do not recommend this product. We are going back to drawing cakes out and photo copying them to our clients.
