BQSKit uses a unique strategy that combines circuit partitioning, synthesis, and instantiation to optimize circuits far beyond what traditional optimizing compilers can do.

Circuit can be exported to multiple quantum programming languages/frameworks and can be executed on various simulators and quantum computers.
