    Pros: It has full of information and very detailed. It is more convenient on both sides especially when it comes to documents and records.

    Cons: It is slow and it duplicates the names of the clients sometimes.

    Overall: One of the best CRM to use. It is very recommendable to when it comes to records of the leads and agents.

    Pros: Mobile app, integrations, support, UI is intuitive, click to dial using Ring Central, analytics and overall layout.

    Cons: Mobile app can be slow at times but 95% of the time it works fine.

    Overall: I’ve been in the mortgage industry for over 10 years and have worked with dozens of CRM systems promising increased efficiency and ROI. From my experience, only BNTouch has delivered. It's obvious this was designed from the get go as a mortgage CRM. Navigation is intuitive and I was up and running in less than a few hours. I love the mobile app, its fully functional, not some watered down version of web version. It allows me to work on the go without any hesitation. Support is very responsive with any issues you may encounter. Seamless integration with my lead sources (Free Rate Update & Zillow) & RingCentral was the clincher for my business. All in all, there is no better mortgage CRM on the market!

    Pros: I truly enjoy using BNTouch CRM system. It has helped improve our business by staying organized and on top on productivity.

    Cons: The only constructive feedback I have is something I am not sure is avoidable. Just the set up took sometime but that is because it is completely customizable.

    Overall: Overall I love this software. It is easy to use and works great in the mortgage industry to stay on top of leads and active files.

    Pros: This CRM allows customization of groups to place all sorts of relationships including vendors, realtors and borrowers alike! The marketing campaigns are easy to set up and use and can be tailored to each individual if wanted.

    Cons: There could be more accessible training materials made available to show off more features. Went months without using some before being pleasantly surprised at having found them.

    Overall: Great, much of the CRM is automatic and pairs well with Point. The rest of it is perfect for building strong and lasting relationships with borrowers, realtors and vendors.

The BNTouch manual is available via the menu found in the top right navigation of the CRM (Select ‘Training & Support’ from the drop-down). Please Note: Most of the add-on modules also have support materials available when hovering over panels in the User Menu > Modules.

    "I highly recommend BNTouch to anyone in the market for a mortgage CRM!"

    Pros: The functionality and usability of BNTouch is by far one of the easiest I have used. The customer service is top notch and the staff are quick and responsive when you have a question in regards to how a function works!

    Cons: One of the only gripes I have with BNTouch is the lack of being able to customize the look and feel of the CRM itself. While I do understand that function is more important than form for productivity, when you're staring at a screen for hours upon hours per day, being able to make it your own would help with the eye strain and mental fatigue that tends to happen over time.

    Overall: With integrated emailing and texting options, BNTouch will help you save time at a fraction of the cost of other CRMs and with the addition of Maia (the built-in AI assistant) it's like having Siri/Alexa functionality helping you expedite your process even further!

    Pros: BNTouch is a great way to keep all parties informed throughout the loan process. If you need help with anything, they have the BEST support. Quick response and great explanations. Super user friendly.

    Cons: I do not have any cons. BNTouch has been so easy to use.

    Pros: If you are looking for that all-around CRM that helps you automate lead follow-ups, builds you a website, assists in your recruiting, automate communication with multiple types of referral partners, and so much then you have found the right one.

    Cons: There wasn't anything I did not find as a pro, no cons.

    Overall: Every loan officer is striving to get that "perfect software stack" to make their process and technology unbeatable. BNTouch acts not only acts as your CRM, but your beautiful front-paged POS(yes, they create a website for you at minimal cost ($<35/mo), your Marketing(sends postcards, birthday mailers, EDDM, email automation), Docs request & chaser, & many others on your software stack that you would normally have to purchase and integrate frustratingly day after day after day.     Cons: Not having a built in dialer is the only con. Everything I like.

    Pros: I really enjoy the simplicity of one place to keep all parties updated. It is also very convenient to have a secure place for documents to be uploaded/shared.

    Cons: The email option has limitations on logging the contact when it is sent to multiple people.

    Overall: So far since using it, I have enjoyed it. There has not been any major issues. I find certain aspects make my daily routine easier.

    The Premier CRM for the Mortgage Professional.

    Cons: I can't say there is a CON with this CRM as it gives you everything detail needed to not only communicate but also process the loans effectively. The only CON would be a Mortgage professional not taking advantage of this amazing tool which will grow your business!

    Overall: My ability to log every action and conversation then send to any or all participants to the loan transaction keeps my incoming calls at a minimum.
    I love sending birthday and anniversary greetings to my clients.
    This CRM has set business opportunities at a higher level. Who doesn't want Lifetime customers who are also referring new clients to you.

    Pros: Vast email capabilities, text to clients, easy to use! Also, support is very helpful. They get back to me almost immediately if we encounter a problem.

    Cons: Sometimes, due to our large database (35k+), BNTouch can crash if we try to start too many email campaigns at once. Otherwise, no complaints!

    Overall: We love BNTouch, and feel lucky that we found this CRM! It provides us an organized system to keep in touch with our clients.

    Pros: The pros are it keeps you organized and everyone up to date on the loan process. It allows you to move files to funded, in processing, etc. I just wish our company would pick one portal to use instead of having several to use daily.

    Cons: It's time consuming to put everything into the system on top of everything else we have to use as far as portals.

    Overall: I have had a good experience with it so far, I have no complaints as far as the working aspect of BNTouch.

    "Look No Further for a Quality CRM"

    Pros: Easily customizable to my tastes so I can see the loan information I want and nothing that I don't.

    Cons: When using a corporate account, the text messages to my clients come from a different number than my clients recognize. I wish we could change this.

    Overall: I have used BPD and Jungo, and this is by far the easiest to use without having to sit on the phone with the customer service desk or creating a help ticket.
