    Pros: As an educator, using a site like this to show students how to perform an inspection and document everything is great. This even shows them what to expect and look for when taking their own vehicle to a shop. Show the customer not just tell them. Trust is earned and this is a very easy way to earn that trust.

    Cons: Nothing. Very easy to follow even for high school students.

    Overall: One of the easiest companies I get to work with. The seamless transition from Tekmetric to Autoflow is great.

    Pros: Pretty basic on using the system, once your familiar with it, pretty easy to get things done. Easy to train, Can be set up accordingly, i.e. admin, manager, sales person, mechanic.

    Cons: not much i can think of in terms of issues. most things were handled in a couple of hours

    Overall: Business wise, good product, easy to maneuver, and gets the job done. Set up and training were not too bad.

    "Transparent client facing inspections"

    Pros: Seamless integration into our operating system. Solid responsive support. Forward thinking and ever improving.

    Cons: The program does have some learning curves to it, as they all do, however, support is available and willing.
    I would prefer that not all "red" marked items went to the "rainy day folder", only because we don't need to remind people about the scratches on their vehicle we noted if we were to use the "reminder" feature.

    Overall: We have been using digital inspections for some time, we started with different companies, which had unstable servers and repeated downtime, with little communication; this made it challenging. Once we switched to Autoflow we had minimal-momentary interruptions; if something was a miss the support team were on-it and quick to respond with a resolution.

    Pros: Everything + the people.

    LIGHTNING FAST!

    They don't approve feature requests until they are tested!

    Free yourself from the garbage you are currently using.

    Cons: They don't make their own SMS or I would sign up!!!

    I really cannot think of any, honestly.

    Admin cannot change another person's profile image.

    Overall: Amazing!

    Craig came from AutoVitals and is absolutely an Epic team member. It truly is magical. The support is amazing. The system is FAST.

    "Pictures are worth a thousand .... dollars!!"

    Pros: being able to link pictures and videos is a priceless selling tool. Customers rave about this feature all the time.

    Cons: having to archive old formats is not convenient - be sure to update while the program is not in use or you'll erase any open dvis

    Overall: Overall the best inspection/ documentation tool we use. Easily adapted to allow for a very general inspection or a very pin-pointed one.

    Pros: Great communication tool with customers. I get incredible reviews from all of my customers. I just started with the marketing tool and excited about the possibilities. Customer service with the company is fantastic. They always answer the phone and typically set up a same day zoom call to resolve any issues.

    Cons: Make sure you understand exactly when customers will get texts, you can send too much. This is easily avoidable.

    Overall: Backbone of our guest experience. Very impressed with the product and the DEV team is improving constantly.

    Pros: I like the ability to perform DVI's, text back and forth to the customer and pull historical data. The ability to take phots and videos of issues customers have commented about that they love it.

    Cons: The screen view is too busy and messy. i would like to be able to get a snap shot of where we are on vehicles within a spilt second, vs having to navigate and filter the screen.

    Overall: Overall I love it, just needs to be a bit cleaner when trying to gauge the status of customers' vehicles.

    Pros: Features, design and support are top notch. Multiple design layouts you can customize to your needs or taste. Many features we are still learning to use.

    Cons: A little "wonky" to use at first. Seems a bit cumbersome from time to time. However, they are constantly working to improve and upgrade at a good pace. Slow to load and respond some times. That could be our internet though. a bit more training BEFORE we switched software wounds have been nice.

    Overall: Very good. The more you use it the better it seems to help. Keep up the training webinars! Over all we are very satisfied with Autoflow.

    Extremely user friendly and easy to understand.
    Live up to date progress tracking.

    Cons: I am unable to text technicians from the platform.

    Overall: I love that this is a web based platform, it is extremely user friendly! Help is just a few clicks away and is very knowledgeable. I love this product!

    "Autoflow makes my job a breeze"

    Pros: The digital inspections that can be marked up and the visuals that can be added for guest knowledge helps build trust and really makes you stand out from other repair centers. The text feature makes communication with guests a breeze. The messaging feature helps with time management because you no longer have to walk back to the shop or pull a tech off of something just get a simple answer.

    Cons: The automated messages once a category is completed can cause some issues but not very often.

    Overall: Autoflow has helped improve the trust and overall guest experience. The many ways to communicate and educate a vehicle owner are endless. The webinars are short and to the point and very informational.

    Pros: Autoflow provides a great platform for communication with our customers in a manner that allows greater understanding of the needs of the vehicle. It offers a way for us to be transparent with our customers about the needs of their vehicles.

    Cons: Autoflow customer data seems to be based on phone numbers which makes it difficult to separate a customer's personal and business vehicles when they use the same phone number for both.

    Overall: Autoflow is generally reliable and easy to use. Customers find the DVIs to be clear and easy to understand.

    Pros: 2 way integration with our POS, easy to use, automated text messages. It is easy to create new dvi sheets.

    Cons: Not being able to customize automatic messages at certain steps.

    Overall: Autoflow has helped us create a consistent vehicle inspection that allows us to send it digitally to the customer, it has also created a flow where we can look at one screen and see exactly where a vehicle is on the progress screen. Autoflow has been a simple tool to learn and has help us increase our Average RO.

    Pros: Autoflow has allowed me to give “every step of the way” updates to my guests so the waiting, wondering questions are almost completely eliminated. The staff and their product as well as support are top notch… I don’t know what Id do without them. Thanks AutoFlow!

    Cons: It takes a lite effort to take advantage of all of the tools, but its worth it.

    Overall: Amazing product overall. The features and functionality of AutoFlow have enabled me to increase my business and guest experience to level I never thought possible.

    Pros: We receive very valuable feedback from our customers. Our google reviews have also increased with the use of this system.

    Cons: That the system doesn’t find the 10 and apply it to surveys.

    Overall: There are quite a few similar systems that claim to do what Auto Text Me does, but we are very happy we went with this system.

    Pros: Increased my average repair order significantly with pictures. Helped me communicate the needs of the vehicles we are servicing to our customers.

    Cons: Set and implication took a little while. Had to really train my staff multiple times. but once they got the hang of using it it was great.

    Overall: Love the product. It has really help us take our business to the next level. Spend the time watching the tutorials and it is really simple to use and set up.

    Pros: Easy to use and see where your tech is on jobs.
    Preformed annotations that can be added to pics with a short description.
    Automated maintenance reminders.
    Tech support is excellent and easy to reach when needed.

    Cons: Really the only con I have is that the DVI setup is a little tricky at first, But after watching a setup video a few times, it got a little easier.

    Overall: Absolutely love this program. The level of professionalism and value it gives our customers is awesome! Jobs practically sell themselves with this dvi. Techs can clearly see what jobs need to be done and retrieve past jobs as well.

    How you mentioned our DVI is difficult to set up, or at least tricky makes sense. Unlike some other entry-level digital inspections on the market, we've tried to give you enough options, so that none are missing. Of course in an effort to do this, you are right --- sometimes that can feel like an overload. We're thankful you took advantage of our extensive training and resources to jump the hurdle.

    Cons: No cons at the moment, when there is a support issue the team jumps right on it and helps to correct.
