    "Needs a lot of updating "

    Pros: We currently use this product and love how it is a one stop shop to uploading to HiBid. Although it needs quite a bit of updating, we want to continue to use this product.

    Cons: This system requires you to input a lot information multiple times in different areas. A lot of duplicating that is unnecessary. It becomes frustrating when it is time to upload.

    Overall: Overall, the system works good. The customer service is great. If they fix all the duplicates, the system would be 4+ stars.
