    "Works, but has issues. Quirky interface"

    Pros: Nice looking program, I've been using it for a few years.

    Support is reasonability responsive. The program has a way to send in an issue, and I usually get back a response within a day or so

    Cons: It has some problems:

    1. When backup os completed, it can take several hours (sic) "finalizing" the backup
    2. While the email notification is nice, it depends on connecting back to a central server to send the emails. There is no way to configure a local smtp server

    Overall: It's a nice interface with some quirks, but I don't like the finalizing step. I've complained about this several times. Also, the email relay is an issue. It's not rocket science, it's fairly easy to set up an email smtp connection
